I purchased Creative Cloud but only got InDesign.
Creative Cloud says Ai is up to date but I do not have it.
Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and try again. For anything beyond that we realyl need much more information liek some system info...

Have purchased Creative Cloud but only able to access trial version - help!
My IT department has purchased Creative Cloud for myself and a colleague. I have received an invitation by email which states that I've been assigned a Creative Cloud - Complete Membership.
I followed the links to download and installed Photoshop initially. However, once downloaded it says that it's a trial version.
When I log in to my Adobe account and click on 'Manage Account' it says that I have Creative Cloud for Teams so really don't understand why I only have a trial version.

If you wish to learn, you should sign up for InDesign- CC2014 as it is the latest of all and enable you to use all the new features.
We also have phone support for InDesign CC2014 in case you face any trouble with it, for CS6 and CS5 we do have phone support, their support is only available through Forums and Chat.

Swelte82 what operating system are you using? You will need to meet the minimum system requirements in order to install. You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

Purchased Dual Upgrade but only got one?
I purchased an combination upgrade, Photoshop and Premier Elements 11. But the download only contains Premier Elements 11. There is no other download in my 'cart' for Photoshop Elements 11. In customer support I only see an option to charge me $40 to talk to an agent. I'm a little incredulous here. Really?
Unfortunately, you've posted in the user to user forum, so we're just other customers like you. However, if you got a serial number for PSE (download serials come in an email from adobe), you can download the trial and enter your serial number into that. Otherwise, you might try this forum, which is monitored more heavily by Adobe:

I purchased Creative Cloud but can't find a download link?
The instructions say to "Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column" - only, the Downloads column is blank. I did not purchase a hard copy, I'm sure of it (I would have had to provide a shipping address and I did not) so it's not that I accidentally bought a hard copy of a program. So why can't I download the program?
I only recently purchased it - about two hours ago. Do I have to wait a certain length of time before the download link shows up? (if that's the case then why isn't that stated in the instructions?)
