I purchased elements 12 oct/13 and I have to reregister the program ever few weeks or so to continue to use it, this is inconvenient.
Are you signing out? In PSE 12 sign in = activate, and signing out deactivates the program. You need to sign in and stay that way, if that's what you've been doing.

I've made a photo book, but ordering this iPhoto crashes and I have to reopen the program; done this several times and each time uploading the 3rd page (of 86) it crashes again. My software is up to date (9.2.1), so that is not the problem.

Everytime I go to full-screen mode the photo I am working on is on one space while the filmstrip is on another. Also there is no way to get to the menu on top as it is hidden. When I hit the f key everything goes to black and I have to quite the program. This is the first time I have any problems with Aperture.
I run aperture 3 on OS X 10.7 iMac 27" 2.8GHz i7 16GB.

What I usually do for PDF pages/tabs, is click in the URL/location bar, then F11.<br />
For Flash, if you click on the page outside of the video area/box, F11 should work. -
When I open Firefox 5.0.1 (using Windows XP Home), Firefox starts to open tab after tab automatically and I have to close the program to stop the proceeding misfunction! ??

The software freezes and I have to restart the program again.
I have no problem with the software while I'm actively using it. But if I leave it for a couple of minutes it often freezes and I have to restart the software. This is a real problem as I often work with this software all day and have to restart it many many times during a day.

When I start 11 elements (organizer), 37,000 photos, my pc hangs. Pc is a 6-core processor, and 16GB of Ram and Windows 7.

thanks for your time. I really only know how to turn on a computer & use it somewhat had stroke 2 years ago lost some long term memory get bouts of short term loss. Got computer from , unregistered charity in Victoria BC, Canada.. Which supply computers & basic instruction only 2 techs, told reach out to Linux forms as very old monitor big in small bacholar apt works, IBM e74 13 pins on cord going to computer computer has 15 holes as do flatron wide LG & flatron w9345 i have 37" RCA with 15 pin holes & 15 pin cord both ends but don,t want mess up my TV .Any one i know who is computer savvy don't know Linux or want to try I have Zorina Linux & Linux puppy 5.25. Computer has windows xp professional sticker on it. that is about it. Any help u can suggest would rally great if there is a fix. I like the system it is good for me, as it challenges me. I have the CS6 production suite. All the programs work except Premier Pro. It starts but tells me I need to upgrade my video software, which I have done.
Can I rpair or reload the Premier pro again without effecting the other programs in the suite which all work well.

As for version 13, there have been several removals and some additions to this version.
DV and HDV Captures are gone, webDVD is gone. The version does not support Windows XP, Windows Vista, or
Mac OSX 10.7. The Elements Organizer 13 that comes
with it is new - even has a slideshow for the Mac people as well as the Windows people. This slideshow is different
than that offered in the past - 720p or 1080p slideshows (AVCHD.mp4) with a choice of 5 different themes.
If you are thinking about 13, definitely go the free 30 days tryout from Adobe route prior to any purchase
to assure the compatibility of the program with your computer environment as well as your project goals.

If you do try version 13, I would leave your version 12 installed but closed. Use one program at a time. And, then decide

I have an existing mini mac and 4 tb external drive.
My iTunes library exists on the external drive under /itunes...
I have purchased a new mini mac and I want to leave the library where it is on the external drive but move to new mini mac and have it show as it did on the old mini mac..
what do i need to do ?
I have found multitude of articles about moving itunes to external drive or other similar things but I don't want to move itunes from the external drive, just change mini mac machines and have everything in itunes the same..

There are no media files on the mac mini just the library files and on external just media files..
Do I need to copy anything over from the old mac mini ? xml files ? .. the itunes folder on old mini is about 840mb in size which looks to have artwork ect ? .. I am fairly computer literate, but this one has me stumped.. ?

Hi I recently purchased a new mac computer and would like to sync the music off my iPhone to my new mac.However, my phone and my new mac have different apple Ids.The PC which my phone is synced and has the same apple ID but does not let me transfer the music. What do you mean the PC won't let you transfer the music? Save your entire iTunes folder (this is assuming that you have all your music stored in your iTunes folder) to an external hard drive. Connect that hard drive to your Mac. Copy the iTunes folder to your computer. Hold down the option key while launching iTunes on your Mac. Select the library you just copied when it ask you to select which library you want to open.
