Photos and videos in the camera roll are included in your iCloud backup.  Restoring the backup to your new phone will recover them.

  • HT4436 how do I find out what I have stored in the Cloud

How do I find out what I have stored in the cloud?  Also I have an update (6.1.1)  for my 4S I-phone but can get it to download - even when my phone is connected to my computer.  Can anyone help?

You can see some of your data by going to icloud.com from a computer and signing into your iCloud account.  Other data can only be viewed on an iOS device or computer that is syncing with the account.
What do you mean when you say you can't "get it to dowload"?

how we will know that dimension size is more than the fact table size?

    Hi,
Let us assume that we are going to take Division and distribution channel in a dimension and assume we have 20 distinct values for Division in R/3 and 30 Distinct values for Distribution channel .So Maximum, we can get 20 * 30 records in dimension table and we can take rough estimation of records in the cube by observing the raw data in source system.

  • How do I know if my songs are all in the cloud?

I have an iPhone 4s, and I have my iTunes account right now on my Windows Laptop.
I have ordered a new iPhone 6 and also am in the process of getting rid of my laptop (someone is buying it from me tomorrow).
Will I be able to have all of my music on my new iPhone, without having it all synced from my Laptop? I have iTunes Match, so I was under the assumption that all of my music is saved to the cloud, but I want to make sure? I would be devastated if I got rid of my Laptop before my new iPhone comes and then I lost all of my music.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
To find out if your music is in the cloud, you should add icloud status column to song view in your iTunes library on your computer. This will tell you what has been matched, uploaded and purchased.
Wwhilst you can use match on your iOS devices without syncing to your computer, you will need a computer to manage your iTunes library. You should back up your music to an external hard drive.

I have a purchased app that will not show up in the cloud and is no longer in the app store. Is there a way to get it from my iPhone to my iPad?

You should be able to copy it from your iPhone to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, and if it's compatible with your iPad you can then sync it to it

Upgrading to Snow Leopard, Lion, or Mountain Lion
You can upgrade to Mountain Lion from Lion or directly from Snow Leopard. Mountain Lion can be downloaded from the Mac App Store for $19.99. To access the App Store you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.6 or later installed.
You can purchase Snow Leopard by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. The price is $19.99 plus tax. You will receive physical media - DVD - by mail.
Third-party sources for Snow Leopard are:
    Snow Leopard from Amazon.com
    Snow Leopard from eBay
After you install Snow Leopard you will have to download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 and give you access to the App Store.
You can purchase Lion by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax.  It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.
Be sure your computer meets the minimum requirements:
Apple - OS X Mountain Lion - Read the technical specifications.
Macs that can be upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion
      1. iMac (Mid 2007 or newer)

  • My iPad keeps showing a message that I have run out of storage space.  I purchased more iCloud space in settings, but this message is still showing.  It also won't sync when I plug in to my computer...??

My iPad keeps showing a message that I have run out of storage space.  I have purchased more iCloud space in settings, but I am still getting this message.  I also am not able to sync my iPad in iTunes when plugging in to my computer.

The storage space is the iPad storage space, not iCloud storage space. What size Ipad do you have?
How much space is your Other using? You may be able to reduce.
How Do I Get Rid Of The “Other” Data Stored On My iPad Or iPhone?
    http://tinyurl.com/85w6xwn
With an iOS device, the “Other” space in iTunes is used to store things like documents, settings, caches, and a few other important items. If you sync lots of documents to apps like GoodReader, DropCopy, or anything else that reads external files, your storage use can skyrocket. With iOS 5, you can see exactly which applications are taking up the most space. Just head to Settings > General > Usage, and tap the button labeled Show All Apps. The storage section will show you the app and how much storage space it is taking up. Tap on the app name to get a description of the additional storage space being used by the app’s documents and data. You can remove the storage-hogging application and all of its data directly from this screen, or manually remove the data by opening the app. Some applications, especially those designed by Apple, will allow you to remove stored data by swiping from left to right on the item to reveal a Delete button.

  • How do I find past purchases INCLUDING price, not just that I can download them from the cloud?

I bought some apps but I can't remember the price of two of them. When I go to "Purchased" in the iTunes store, and then to the tab labeled "Apps" it only shows me that I can download it via the Cloud..... Cool...... Alrighty.... I need the price though..... I need it so I can enter it in my checkbook. I remember how to do this with an older version of iTunes, but I'm usually spot on about entering things in my checkbook, so I haven't had to look up the price of something for a while and I don't know how to find it in the new iTunes. I could wait for it to show up in my bank account, but I'd rather enter it now... I bet this is something really easy and obvious and I'm going to feel silly once I figure it out. Any suggestions? XD
    Thank you

  • I purchased extra icloud storage to back up my phone and photos. Purchased a new phone and went to download phtotos on new phone and only a portion of my photos are back on my new phone. How do I find all my photos and get them on my new phone

I purchased extra icloud storage to back up my phone and phots. Purchased a new phone and went to pull my photos from icloud and only a portion trasferred to my new phone. How do I get all of the photos moved to my new phone?

Not photos, just data synced with iCloud shown in Settings>iCloud.  If you don't have sufficient storage to back up to iCloud, back up to your computer instead using iTunes (connect you phone to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in iTunes, go to ths Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now).  Also transfer your purchases to your iTunes library (connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases). If you have photo stream photos older than 30 days tha you wan to save, save these to your camera roll before backing up (tap Select, tap the photos, tap the share icon -- box with upward facing arrow, then tap Save to Camera Roll).
When setting up your new phone, when given the option choose Restore from iTunes Backup and restore the backup you made earlier.

You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. They are mainly used to backup iPad.

  • I accidentally got a virus on my iPhone and it may have gotten into the iCloud storage, how do I remove the virus OR how do I restore from a back-up that occurred before the virus infected the system?

When I was browsing on Safari on my iPhone, I accidentally got an advertisement where you could not close it out unless you clicked on its pop-up screen. So I clicked yes (Looking back, I should've turned off my iPhone then immediately closed out the ad before it could load), then I closed out immediately. But then things went haywire as the Siri automatically went off without me pressing for it, then the music on the iPod part of my iPhone played randomly and got crazy. So I tried resetting the entire settings and restored at a previous point, but I want to be 100% sure the virus is completely gone. I fear it may have infected the iCloud storage and if I cannot completely wipe out the virus without removing any data that was stored prior to the incident, I want to be able to know how to restore from an older session before the incident happened.
    Can you please help me?

If things seem to be going haywire with your phone, it seems that it MAY be a software issue.
Now, that being said, that does not necessarily mean that it is a virus. Software issues do happen sometimes. It is probably just coincidence.
What you need to do is restore the device using iTunes. This will fix any software issues. After you have done this, you can restore from an iCloud backup.
iCloud does not back up the actual software, so no, the "virus" would not have gotten into the backups.
The link below provides steps on restoring your device using iTunes as well as how to restore from an iCloud backup.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
Don't worry! Everything should be back to normal if you follow these steps.

  • I have limited space left on my iphone.  How do I send music from my iPhone back to the cloud so it doesn't take up all my space, if I decide I want different music?

I have limited space left on my iphone.  How do I send music from my iPhone back to the cloud so it doesn't take up all the space on my phone, if I decide I want different music?

You don't send it back to the cloud since it never left the cloud.
You can delete indovidual songs from the iPod, or if all music is available in your iTunes library on your computer, you can remove the music from your iPhone via the iTunes sync process.

  • Why are the backups to iCloud much smaller than those to my PC?  I subscribed to extra iCloud space expecting for the backups to be the same size.  Now I have more unused iCloud space I don't need, can I get a refund?

Backups to my PC were almost 30 G bytes each time,  backup to the Icloud is only 1.4 G bytes.  Expecting the backups to be about the same size I subscribed to extra Icloud space.  Can I stop my Icloud pace subscription amd get a refund?  I have all this extra space and have no use for it.  It does not appear there is a way to use this space for other storage purposes.

You can't merge iCloud backups.  You could create a current backup of your phone, then restore the backup of your old phone to it and save any data you want to keep, the restore it again to the current backup.  Some of your old recovered data could then be synced back to your new phone (such as photos), but other data cannot (such as text message conversations).  You may not want to save any of your old data but restoring the backup would be the only way to see what's there.
