I am an Iphone 5s user from INDIA. My Apple care warranty expires on December 21, 2014. Am I eligible for extended warranty.

The AppleCare warranty can only be purchased within 60 days of device purchase, and extends the warranty to 2 years from the date of purchase. It cannot be extended beyond 2 years.

Did you try the things listed here? Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" - Apple Support Is your device jailbroken? Have you ever used the computer to jailbreak a device? Are you trying to load an iOS other than the current one? What version of iPhone are you using? Is this occurring when attempting to update via iTunes and the computer?

I am having the same issue. I just had the battery replaced at a third party store. The battery powers the ipod up but it needs to be restored. It is saying it isn't eligible for rebuild. I Purchased iphone 5C on December 2014. However now it's very difficult to have it working. The screen is constantly not working and the right side bottom&top does looks like its melted? the cover I mean , which maked the phone slide out of its cover. Each iPhone comes with a one-year warranty. You said it looks melted? That's going to be difficult to prove that you did not damage it, and it happened on its own. That is the only way it would be covered.

You can buy whatever you want so long as you can pay for it. If you're not eligible for an upgrade, you'll just have to pay full price for the phone, that's all.

There is no one from Apple here. We are users like you.
The only legitimate iphone sellers in the Phil are the carriers. You probably bought a gray market phone that was imported from another country. Thus the warranty is not valid in the Phil. The store is probably trying to replace the phone by sending it back to the country they bought it from.
There is nothing Apple or anyone can do here. You will have to wait until the store solves your problem. If they do not, demand a refund. Good luck.

If your computer is running an OS X prior to Snow Leopard 10.6,
the answer (if it is an Intel-based Mac; not old PowerPC model)
would be to buy the retail Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD from Apple
for about $20, and install it. Then update that to 10.6.8 by using
the installed Snow Leopard online to get Combo Update v1.1 for
Snow Leopard 10.6.8. After that is installed & updated, run the
system's Software Update again, to see what else is available to
that system.
Later systems can then be looked into at Mac App Store, once
the computer is running Snow Leopard 10.6.8.
And if your computer is a Power PC (G4/G5, etc) and has no
Core2Duo kind of CPU -- See "About this Mac" in apple menu
to disclose the general info about your Mac. Also you can see
even more by clicking on "More Info" when looking in there...
If it isn't an Intel-based Mac, it can't run a system past 10.5.8.

My itunes on my iMac for the passed few weeks now keeps on comming with the message "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPhone. Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?"

When I press autorize, it comes up with a unknow appleID. When I use apple ID's that work - it comes with the message that the computer is autorized. but then the autorization message comes back.

You can't change the Apple ID that the Authorize dialog comes up with by default. It's showing you that Apple ID for a reason: it means that the items you want to play were purchased using that Apple ID and therefore you need to authorize your computer with that Apple ID. Changing the Apple ID given completely defeats the entire purpose.
If you don't know the password to the given Apple ID, then you will no longer be able to play those items.
