I purchased Keynote '09 and now can't download it from app store
I purchased iWorks 09 and I was workign without problems, tow days ago I reinstalled the entire computer, and Keynote is not in my purchased items and is asking me to pay it again. I didn't have probnlems with Pages and Numbers, but I am blocked with Keynote, I dont want to pay for the app again.
any suggestions?
I would quit the app, since you see it's open, and close all the other apps, then go to settings and reset network settings. The iPad will reboot. Then when it's back again, do a search for "Netflix" which will show you the location of the app (in the search results)
From my search, you'll see I have it located in a folder I created ...

I've updated to OS7 on my iPad and now can't connect to the App Store. The internet is working and it works on my phone, though slow; is this an App Store problem or a problem with the software upgrade? Am I alone with this issue?
belive it or not this worked for me:
“Go to Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again or press the button from Passbook. If you get an error message, go back to the Settings app and change Date and Time > Set Automatically back to On. Then go back and try again.”
please note that when you go to app store when you change time to future go through passbook / and close the app then and then wehn you set time back to auto go back to app store through passbook and it will work then close it and then normal app store icon will work form now on

Since I actualize my iphone 4 to ios6 I can´t download applications from app store in it they seem to by downloading but within some seconds it's like if not clicked the download button. But then I have "waiting" mode applications that I never search for.

and you can try:
- Sign out of the App Store (in the Store menu)
- Quit the App Store
- In Finder - Go>Go to folder... (or Apple-shift-G)
- Paste in the following "~/Library/Caches/ "
- It will take you to a folder. Delete com.apple.appstore
- Launch the App Store. -

Simply, you can't download it.
If you want to upgrade to iphoto 11 then you'll need to either
1. Upgrade your OS to 10.7.5 - which requires a purchase of the OS
Or
2. Find an iLife 11 install disk. You may get one on Amazon or Ebay. -

I've got Beta 6 installed from the App Store. The released version not available in Updates or Purchased. Selected from Featured says I have 10.10 installed already. Pressing Continue results in nothing ... so can't install from App Store. What do I do now??

You may have to scroll to the bottom of the window to see the button. The country must match your billing address on record.

Have you tried reset iPad?
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Can't download anything from App Store - MacBook
I've been using Windows 7 exclusively on my MacBook via Boot Camp for several years. I've since deleted the Windows partition. I ran a Software Update and am currently running OS X 10.6.8. I want to upgrade OS X further but can't download Yosemite (or anything) from the App Store. I click "get" and the button becomes unclickable but nothing happens. I also can't open iTunes.
I don't have anything on this computer that needs to be saved so I'm more than willing to restore, though I don't know how.I'm having the exact same issue in the exact same situation.
I'm getting the error below in Console every time I try to install or download anything from the App Store. I suspect this has something to do with Safari and some Javascript code being used by Appstore pages.
I wish there was a direct link to download Yosemit. I'm stuck now...

Can not download PowerPoint from App Store
Purchased the Microsoft office 365 apps. Downloaded excel and word with no issues. Tried to download PowerPoint for the last three days with the same results. Receive prompt that already purchased this product and that it will now download with any additional charges? The icon then changes to the cloud symbol without downloading the app. Any ideas why?

Can't download iPhoto from App store to my MacBook

I have been trying to download iPhoto from the desktop app store to my MacBook Pro. No probs downloading other apps. Signed in with my Apple ID to make the purchase etc. After I click on "Install" it loads up - takes quite a while - then nothing happens and it seems not to complete - it just shows the "Install" button again and I have to go through it all again, with the same result! Help! It's so annoying!Contact the support on the App Store. You've bought it but they haven't managed to deliver it.

Can't download Lion from app store or anywhere else
When I search for OS X Lion in the app store as directed on Apple's site, all I get are some related books and a few random apps -- not the system software itself. When I click the "upgrade to Lion" buttons on Apple's site, I get a message saying Safari can't open the page because it doesn't recognize an address starting with "macappstore." I get a similar message when I use Firefox. The whole thing is very circular; the upgrade buttons lead nowhere, and the app store doesn't seem to sell Lion. Any ideas as to what's happening, or, more important, where I can buy Lion online? Thanks.
You don't use Safari to open the MAS - it is in application in your Applications Folder and should be in your dock as well. Looks like this:
If you launch that app, you will find Lion. -
Can't download anything from App Store with 10.6.8
Does anyone else have any information with this issue? I was told there is a server problem that only affects users with 10.6.8. As I said, I can't even download a free app let alone anything else.
I click an app and I get the icon to download or install but it just sits there forever and does nothing.
