I purchased Lightroom 3, 2 years ago. My computer was 64 bit, just bought a 32 bit, this 64 bit program will not download onto my new 32 bit computer. What to do?

There should be a 32-bit installer as well. It should be part of whatever installer package you have. I don't know if you are aware, but when Lightroom 6 is released there will be no 32-bit support for Windows or the Mac. But then, if you are still using Lightroom 3 that probably doesn't matter to you.
