I purchased Lightroom 5 and tried to download and installing problem
I purchased Lightroom 5 and tried to install the same to my Laptop, due to server connectivity problem i could not complete the download or the downloaded version is not opeing. I tried it to download againg/repeatedly. now its show i cant downlaod the program as i tried to downlaod it 5 times?
Pls help me to download the program and intsall the same properly in to my computer.

I purchased Lightroom 5 and Elements 12 and installed them on a computer. I now have a new computer, and wish to install them on the new one. When I tried to do so, my only option seemed to be Adobe Cloud. When I was asked for my LR serial number, it was not accepted. Please help me install these two products; I prefer stand-alone, rather than a monthly fee. Thank you

I have purchased Lightroom 5 and had it installed but I had to replace my matchbook pro and now I can't find the activation key - is there a way I can get it emailed to me or how do I find it? Most other plugin's email out the activation key so you have a copy but I have seen no way to get it.
If you registered your Lightroom with Adobe after you installed it, you can log into your Adobe account and get your serial number from your account.

I just purchased LR5 online and installed it on my PC. I entered the serial number I was given and it said "this is an upgrade serial number. The serial number from your previous version of LR is also required." Since I just bought it I don't have a previous serial number. What do I enter?

I purchased version 5 and got my license key.
Now the software from CC has expired and I can't seem to figure out how to enter my license key.

PeteYou can't license the creative cloud version with your serial number. The only way to license that version is with your Adobe ID and password. It will be necessary for you to uninstall that version and then download from here:
Product updates
After you install you will be able to enter your serial number. The work you have done using the creative cloud trial version will not be lost because the uninstall does not remove the catalog, nor does it do anything to the images that you have imported. -

If you created a new Apple ID, you have to purchase the app again. If you can still use the old ID, then you can download it again for free by using that ID. But you will run the risk of locking yourself out of your new Apple ID for 90 days by downloading the app with your old ID and associating the iPad with the old ID.
Is the risk of locking yourself out of your new Apple ID worth not having to pay $.99 again for an app? -

I had purchased Lightroom a couple months back digitally with the student discount price. I since have had computer problems and had to uninstall some programs. Now that everything is fixed I can no longer find proof of purchase or re install lightroom.
You can download Lightroom 5.4 (current version) from the Adobe website at any time and enter your serial number.
