I purchased Logic9 6 months ago. Installed on one computer. Am wondering if I can still install logic9 on my new one I will be getting.

Only installed on a desktop computer. Am getting the new Macbooks and was wondering if I will be able to install logic9 for free on them.
Will I be forced to upgrade to logic10?

No.. you are not forced to update to LPX
So long as you bought LP9 via the App Store... You should be able to install LP9 v9.1.8 via the purchased tab in your Mac App Store app so long as you have signed into the app store using the same Apple ID you used to purchase it originally
