I purchased Red2 on my Apple TV but it's not playing. I can watch Netflix and anything on Apple TV, for some reason, can't see this movie. Please advise.

i restarted it 5 times and turned the homesharing on and off a couple of times ,, i can see my purchased movies and purchased songs and TV shows ,, the only thing i cant find is my rentals ,, i went to general and checked the Check for rentals Button ,,, it says no rentals ,,,

In my photo stream my sister in law shows up as my brothers name even thought her contact card says just Kim and no Smith ? Even though I dont have John Smith anywhere in my contacts, I may have just John but no smith. So everytime she likes a photo it says his name for some reason?? Her name is ]corrrect on other peoples phone that are members of the same photo stream. I have looked into both contact cards and cannot find anything anywhere that would make her name show up as John Smith when I send the invitr to her email or phone muber. I even went as far as changing her name to see and deleting her from the group and readding and still no luck.BTW I am using an iphone 5 with the latest update.

It is my understanding that the name displayed here will be that which is (in Contacts) associated with the email address for the Apple ID registered with the iCloud account of the person on the stream.
In other words, check to see if the contact entry for your brother in your iPhone has an email address. If this email address in his contact entry is also associated with the Apple ID that your sister-in-law is using for iCloud (which is responsible for Photo Streams), this could be the cause of the delemma. I believe this is a programmed feature and not a bug, but I'm not positive about the methods iCloud uses to display that name.
In order to troubleshoot this, delete that email address in your brother's Contact entry and add it to your sister-in-law's Contact entry. This could correct the issue. If that works, you could then add the email back to your brother's entry (so that it is in both of their entries) and see what happens. -
I've bought and downloaded music from itunes, but the ends of almost all my songs are cut off and will not play, how can I fix this? Most of the music cuts off abouthalf way through the song, then it skips to the next one. Itunes also says I have not purchased the album though it is listed under my purchased albums. go to the itunes store. select more in the bottom right select purchased. then press the cloud icon to DL striaght to the phone. Id use wifi. you can also DL into computer then synv over to phone.

I have moved everything from my macbook pro onto my iMac. For some reason I cant see any of my music in iTunes even though I have logged in with my normal apple ID. Please help me before I kill something!!
How did you go about transferring your library onto the iMac? There are specific instructions one must follow to do this correctly without causing loss of data. Simply signing in via your Apple ID won't do much of anything unless you are an iTunes Match subscriber.
Did you just copy the entire iTunes folder over? If so, Quit iTunes then hold down option and click the iTunes icon in the Dock. Don't release option until the popup appears asking if you want to create a new library. Simply navigate to the library in the folder you copied over.
If you didn't go about transferring your library in that way, and you still have the MacBook Pro, follow these instructions to transfer your library properly to avoid data loss.

Open the App Store application and use it to download Mavericks.

It is probably too late to cancel it, but contact the iTunes store support staff at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html and see what they can do for you.

I have a Macbook Pro with OS X Lion 10.7.2. I have sent a work file to the trash bin along with many other files. When I empty the trash this one particular file remains and I get a message that this file is still in use. I have tried returning the file to my documents, opening it, closing it and then sending it to trash and again I try to empty trash but the same message comes up - Q - How can I trash this file permanently?
First just try logging out and back in. Whatever is holding on to it may not be running after the logout thus freeing it so you can trash it after logging back in.
You might also try Trash It!

Raheem, sorry for the inconvenience caused and I would like to inform you that there is a billing issue with one of your iTunes Store orders and you are unable to resume purchasing with your iTunes Store account. Unfortunately, the iTunes Store has been unable to verify an authorization from your_financial_institution and has not received payment for order (my order number was here). As soon as this order is paid for, you'll be able to resume purchasing with your iTunes Store account.
Not being able to verify an authorization is a sign that something needs to be addressed by the issuer of the card. You will need to contact your financial institution to determine the specific cause of the card being rejected.
When contacting your financial institution, ask to speak with the fraud/security department. The representative will need to thoroughly review your account until they locate and resolve what is causing the issue. If there are holds on your account, those will need to be removed. Please note that your financial institution can also choose to bypass the authorization process.
Once your financial institution has resolved the issue, you should be able to pay for the order (my order number was here) and resume purchasing. If you are not able to resolve the authorization issue with your financial institution, I recommend trying to add a new credit card or redeeming enough store credit to pay the balance in full.
