The App Store version of Aperture will never ask for a serial number so something got confused on your system. Did you ever have a non App Store version of Aperture installed? Did you download the trial version for some reason?
You can try moving Aperture from the Application folder to the desktop and then going to the App Store. Log in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase Aperture and you should be able to download it again.

No. You need to buy it for your Apple ID and for the other. You will have problems with updates

Hi all,
For some time now, my appstore app shows an update available for CodeBox, which I did not buy. When I try to update it it asks for my ID and password (all normal), but then it gives an Unknown Error.
I am 100% sure I didn't buy the app, I do not see any transaction on my card or in the appstore apart of this one, so does not seem to be a hack.
Does anyone know what is happening, this is a tricky thing which is making me lose trust in the payment/account system that Apple is using.

Once you download Lion from the app store you still have to install it. Its located in your Applications directory.

you could go to settings, then itunes and app stores. you should see an option caleed apple id with your apple id to the side of it. click on it and select the option view apple id. you will have to type in your password. then you will see the details of your acoount. next, select the option called country/region. you will be able to select australia from the list of stores. you willl then change your billling adress (you should be directed). Fill in your adress in australia with your zip code and you will be done.

Yes, once you correctly answer them and verify your ID, the requests will stop until you make changes to teh account again.

Anybody knows if Civilization IV purchased from the App store works with Yosemite?

After installing OS X Yosemite, Civilization IV Gold edition and CIV IV Beyond the Sword, purchased from a retailer and installed through DVD, are no longer supported. So I had to remove them. They still worked fine with Maverick. I could download Civ IV from the App store, but I don't understand wether it will work. Cann anybody be of help?

I have a Mac mini (2012) i5 2.5 ghz with hd4000 graphics and four gig of Ram. I complained to aspyr about the game Not working and they have me a link to download the App Store version for free It works fine on my Mac mini. When or if they upgrade the add ons I'm not sure. It's not perfect as I prefer beyond the sword or warlords but at least can still play the basic version.
