Hm, I may have been wrong on that... If so, I'm sorry for the misinformation. I had remembered reading that the buttons would be labeled [Try] if the applications were not included in the user's current Creative Cloud plan.
I have the full subscription so I can't check directly.
It is possible to find screen grabs online with Google with buttons labeled [Try]. For example:

The Mt Lion installer deletes itself from your Apps folder when it has finished the installation. It is available to download again should you ever need it, such as to install on one of your other qualifying Macs. You don't have to continue to download it and install, it's installed.
Is there something else going on?

I have been trying to work through this problem by myself and have so far downloaded the most current version of iTunes. Frome there when it tells me I have to authorize this computer, I had to not put in the iPad information, I had to authorize with my current iTunes information, and any iPad or iPod, iPhone information. I have several people in the family that have different accounts, so I had to authorize each and every individual account because I didnt know which apps or music was purchased under which user. I get an error message when importing from iPhoto that says, "There is not enough free space on your Aperture Library volume to import the selected items. It is estimated that you need at least 44GB of free space." the drive is empty, I just reformatted it to Mac OSX journaled.

I'm guessing this is an extrenal drive, correct? If so make sure the library you're importimng into is really located on the external drive. By default Aperture creates its library in your home pictures folder.

Not fully automatically, no. iTunes doesn't expose the clean/explicit status to the smart playlist system, but if you're prepared to take a few seconds to tag new purchases, say by adding the keyword Explict into the grouping field, then it will be easy to create smart playlists that exclude those tracks. I use a similar scheme to tag tracks so they they go into seperate playlists for each member of the family, E,g, a grouping of Alice/Bob will go into each of Alice's & Bob's playlists, but not Charlie's.

Yes, updated to firmware version 1.28. That was the 1st thing I did.
Then I authorized my iRiver. ADE had been installed way before I got
iRiver. It has a couple library books there. I hoped to read them on
iRiver. After I read this thread and another one at

CtrlShiftE and CtrlShiftD to de-authorize both my computer and the
device. Then authorized both and had to download books again, deleted

Your MBP will support a 3T HDD provided it is formatted correctly and has sufficient power. Most large HDDs require an outboard power source.
When you delete songs from iTunes you will get a message if you want to send it to trash. If you send it to trash, space will be freed up only when you empty trash. An individual song does not consume much space so if your HDD is becoming full, more drastic action s should be considered, such as moving an entire file to an external HDD.
