I purchased the creative cloud, but needed it sooner than available...

i purchased the creative cloud, but needed it sooner than available, so I downloaded the free trial version so I could get some homework assignments done for my college courses. The reason I couldn't use the creative cloud right away was to verify that I was going to an actual college this semester. I then received an email stating that my creative cloud membership was approved. I already installed like three programs to my computer. Do I need to uninstall or delete those programs because they are under the trial version?

It is not require to reinstall the products, launch any products and click on help > sign out. Then sign in back.

    I don't think it is available in Peru currently unfortunately, looking at the list of countries in the Creative Cloud FAQ

    I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes.  I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format.  However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there.  I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC.  I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

    Or you are getting Trial Expired message under Apps menu in Creative Cloud ?

    I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering.   I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it.  I'm sorry my information is too limited or not detailed but, it's a pretty basic concern.     These photos were sent to me by photgraphers who have edited the photos and added captions and technicala information that shoudl be seen in Lightroom.
    I cant open the photos that are in Creative Cloud in Lightroom and therefore acant access the captions and the other specifics regarding copyright etc

    The photos on CC will be synced to a folder on your hard drive.
    You need to import into Lightroom from that folder.
    If you have them on Behance, it’s possible to use the  Publish Services tab.

    Yes, of course.
    Cloud software can be used on Mac and/or PC. You just need to sign in with your Adobe ID then download and install the software on each computer individually.
    You can install, activate/deactivate the software on any computer at any time. The only condition is that you cannot activate the software for use on more than two computers simultaneously.

    What does the detailed crash report say?
    And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers)
