I have purchased Acrobat from the Cloud and downloaded and installed it. I received an order number but no serial number and cannot get it to finish installing Where do I get the serial number!?!
Like most online purchases you would normally receive the order number before the order is processed so you should be patient and allow some time for the processing to happen. If you feel you have waited long enough then you should contact Adobe Support directly and try to get information on your order since you now have a reference for it that you can share with them.

I purchased my macbook pro about two months ago. I had no issues with it what so ever. This morning i took it off the charger because it was fully charged because it showed the green light. When i came back home i turned my computer back on , entered my password and it shut off . i tried turning it back onbut it wont turn back on and neither woul it charge . Its not turning on and its not charging.

If it does not work, take the MacBook Pro to an Apple Store or reseller. You will get the MacBook repaired for free -
I need to upload into configurator an app I got when it was free, however I can't PURCHASE the app as it thinks I already have it in my VPP account. I am using TWO MacBooks and TWO configurator profiles - one on each MacBook, BUT one school VPP apple ID in iTunes. I downloaded this app when it was free and put it into ONE configurator account, but I now want to put it into the other account on the other MacBook. I understand I need to pay for the app and get codes, however as it is already downloaded into my VPP iTunes, it comes up as downloaded and I don't know how to redeem codes or pay for it? Please advise. Thank you.

I bought a song in iTunes on my iPod Touch. It's a Second Generation, if that helps any. When I downloaded it and listened to it; however, I noticed that it wasn't the right song! iTunes had mislabeled it. I reported it to Apple more than a month ago and got the automated reply, but I haven't received any word since then. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with a song I don't want. I tried reporting it again, but I can't for whatever reason. Can anyone help me, please? Oh, the song was Sailing by Pieces of a Dream.

Your Adobe ID has USA as the country which doesn't appear to be correct, based on your email address format. I've made a change in our system so please create your Adobe ID again using the correct country.
You should then be able to sign up.

I was able to snag AI and PS CC but ever since downloading those the day I purchased I have errors when I try to download anything else. Regardless of doing it through the webpage or the desktop app. I have a mid-2012 macbook pro 15" running mavericks,

about a month ago i signed up to the student creative cloud monthly subscription. today i have bought a new mac book and the first thing i did was install my creative cloud. after logging in and installed illustrator i realised that it had only installed the trial version. i then decided to log on online to see if there was any issues on there. after logging on and going to manage my account i discovered that according to online i have only got the free creative cloud memberhip. the reason i have an issue with this is that on Friday i received an email confirming my payment has gone through. so how come i am paying for a full student membership and then only receiving the trials? as you can iamgine i am not impressed!

I have tried to write reviews for both temple run 2 and tiny monsters and they both didn't work but I just thought it was because the review was too long so I tried it again with a shorter review but it still didn't work and then just on a random other app that I didn't really want to review and it still didn't work. Can anyone please help me, Thanks.
Make sure you are signed into the account that purchased it. If the app is on your phone but you are signed into an account that didn't purchase it then it won't let you review the app.

I am having issues with my iphone 4 touch screen, I can't do anything with it. I even have a hard time sliding the bar accross to accept calls. Has anyone else experienced this? I only have the phone 2 months.

Windows 2007. Firefox is currently up-to-date. The problem is the most notable on https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/Satellite/StudentMyHome?Audience=Student although I have noticed it on other sites. On this site, the position of some of the links on the screen makes it difficult to do my online course work.
This does not happen in Internet Explorer, or in Firefox when used on my school's computers, although I haven't been on them since Spring semester ended a few weeks ago.Does it help if you make the Find bar (Ctrl+F) or the Add-ons bar (Ctrl+/) (Firefox > Options or View > Toolbars) visible?
