I purchased the membership for lightroom and photoshop, but lightroom has not given me access?
I am trying to get my lightroom registered with my creative cloud account and it still has not worked properly.
it doesn't give an error it just asks for a serial number, which i don't have cause i purchased the CC plan, and adobe says it should work automatically.

I bought the photoshop install online and I put it on my laptop. But now I have a new and better computer for photo and video but I can not figure out how to reinstall my photoshop on this new computer. When I bought it, they said I would be able to install it on 2 different computers. PS they are both PC computers.

need to be able to setup printing for my Ipad2. How do I find the instructions. THe printer is installed and capable, but I do not see it from either my iPad2 OR iphone 4. Please advise.
1. Make sure you've updated the printer firmware and successfully printed the test sheet from the printer.
2. Make sure that your iPad is on the same network as your printer.
3. Try printing from an app. To print this page from Safari, for example, go to the rectangle with the right- facing arrow on the toolbar, choose Print from the drop down menu, select your printer, and click Print.
Printing in apps is usually under the rectangle-arrow symbol, but is also sometimes found under the wrench- "tools" symbol. -
I didn't deactivate Adobe CS 3 Premium before I re-installed it on the same computer,
so when I tried to activate, it says the maximum number has been reached for licenses.
I read on your website the instructions for correcting this issue, but still do not have the deactivation option. So that I can reactivate it.

When I did a Google search on "1416 error ipod 5th," there is some discussion that the earlier version of the logic board only accepted 30 and 60 GB drives (or words to that effect), but the later "5.5" version did allow larger capacity drives. If that info is true, the question is, do you have a compatible combination of logic board and hard drive?

Try restoring the device and setting up as new.
If it is still shows an iCloud activation lock, then it's on an iCloud account
The wrong device was removed from an iCloud account.
Check any other Apple IDs you might have at
iCloud.com
Get signed into them and remove that device.
I wish this was the first time I seen this.

Using the spacebar for starting and stopping a clip does not work

The spacebar for starting and stopping the playing of a clip in the viewer of a sequence in the timeline has a live of its own. Without changing any setings, it sometimes works, but mostly not. Is there a seeting, I have not figured out yet? While in a session with Final Cut Express, it does not change its behavior. It starts with a working or not working spacebar. The same applies to the arrows to go back and for a frame, or back and for a clip. If the spacebar does not work, the arrows do not work either.thanks everybody. But my spacebar and arrow keys still do not work.
As uggested, I deleted the preferences in the library (which is also what is suggested by fcpbook.com/Misc1.html)
I am used working with Final Cut for some time now. And just got myself a new iMac and the program. So everything is quite new. I did not change any settings so far.
The first 2 days everything was fine.
Then, one day, the spacebar and the arrow key stopped working. Not in the middle of a session, but when I started the FCE new. Inbetween, it worked for some time. Now, the spacebar is gone again.
It's just the function of playing the clip that does not work. In whatever window (timeline, viewer). The function of the spacebar to make a space (for example in te name of clip or in a text file) works fine.
I would not mind the spacebar that much, but I miss the arrow keys to go from frame to frame, or from clip. It's strange. -

I was checking the Adobe site and the prices of the programs, but I didn't find if its possible to just buy 2 single applications and no all the creative cloud pack. I just wanted to know if it's possible for me just to buy Dreamweaver and Photoshop and what would be the price per year?

I purchased a video for my Video iPod but it will not download....
About two weeks ago I purchased Lost Season 2 Episode 1 for my 60 GB iPod Video and ever since then I have been trying to get it to download and it will not work. It tells me:
"There was an error downloading your purchased music. The disc could not be read from or written to."
I have tried to get it about 25 times from the Check for Purchases menu in iTunes but still the same error. I wrote Apple's Help Desk and their responce was they could not help me with this problem. It makes no sense why I would purchase something, get charged, have a problem, and no one at Apple know how to help me with it. It seems pretty sad on their part no one knows what is going on. Any help on this would be very appreciated!I purchased a video from the Music Store, but could not get it to download. The error stated simply, "The required folder cannot be found." I wrote to Apple Support who first directed me to a tech article for MacOS even though I indicated I was on a Windows platform. After asking for Windows-specific information, they directed me to call the AppleCare tech support which "may have a fee associated with the call." Useful...not!
I have my music stored on an Iomega REV drive. After reading some of the postings, I decided to try changing the iTunes Music folder location to my C drive (an totally standard location on a NTFS partition: My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music). This seems to have worked. The video downloaded and played. Shortly afterwards, iTunes imploded, but it restarted.
Maybe something I've said can hint to a solution for someone else...

My iTunes user name is incorrect. I have recently changed it successfully but it hasn't changed for iTunes/apple. Any suggestions?
If the old ID ("email address") is your ID, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I composed an e-mail and thought it was sent. It is not posting in my out box nor my sent mail. I have retyped and sent two follow up cpies and none have been delivered and seem to be lost.
thanks,but not showing in sent, not showing in out box, and not showing in drafts. Its really disappeared, not just once but twice to the same person, different e-mails. I did have a weak connection and it held on sending for a while before going to can not down load mail, usually unsent mail will be held in the out box
