I purchased the new iPad wifi only and now i want to know if it's possible to exchange this iPad into the new iPad wi-fi + 4g?? Money isn't a problem. I can pay the extra money for new iPad. Is it possible ? I'm from germany.

You can use an iPhone as a personal hotspot (if your carrier supports it), or get a mifi device and use that as a mobile hotspot for it - the iPad will see them as wifi networks.

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

I saved my iTunes Media Library to an external HD prior to reformatting my laptop. I have since reinstalled everything including iTunes. I pointed iTunes to the new Library location, signed into my account on iTunes and everything looks fine. All of my apps, podcasts, music, etc., all show up in iTunes and it even recognizes my iPod. Yay! HOWEVER, when I attempt to sync the iPod iTunes informs my that I can't have it synced to two Libraries and it wants to erase my iPod and sync it with the Library in the new location. I do not relish the thought of having to rearrange my entire 32gb iPod to my liking after erasing and syncing it. Is there anyone with knowledge in this area that can suggest something? Am I missing a setting somewhere or perhaps a work-around for this?

Two possibilities, one is you should close apps on the iPad, the other is your internet speed is not able to handle the demands of a high speed device.
To close apps: Double click home button, swipe up to close the apps.
To solve internet problem, contact your provider. Basic internet is not enough for video games and movies. Your router may be old and slow. -

No. You only pay for Lion once and can then install it on all of your household Macs.
Purchase Lion in the App Store using one of your Macs and the install button will appear for Lion under the Purchases tab when you open the App Store with your other Mac. The App Store will ask for your user name and password to install Lion but won't charge you for the second install. If you have more than one iTunes account use the one that you used to purchase Lion. All apps in the App Store work this way. -
