I purchased things under my credit limit but now i am charged the full amount..can i make payments on this $450 credit?
I recently was told at the Verizon store that I had $450 credit to add to my account. I then purchased my Christmas items which added up to $450. I received my December bill and I have been charged the $450 plus my regular monthly charges. Can I make monthly payments on this $450? I really believed that this could be spread out over time.
On bill to account, it cannot be spread out. It is a 30 day float loan on a purchase or purchases.
When you cannot pay your bill, its called a Payment Plan and it is not a charge account. Verizon allows those that cannot pay their monthly invoice to get an arraignment. Not bill to account.
Those who don't pay their invoices also get a bad mark on their credit reports. Financial Services works with those who fall behind in paying to get their money. That is it.
Your examples have nothing to do with "Bill to Account" which is a courtesy and not a right.

What do you mean? Your only way to unlock that phone is to have had 40 days continuous service with T-Mobile and then process the unlock through them. If you had an account with T-Mobile you should be able to login and process your unlock. If you did not you can click on the chat program but they are going to tell you the same thing.

I am unable to download updates directly to iPad 2 , now trying to reinstall one from scratch but download keeps stopping and the restarting. Can you offer any advice, this happening when trying to download to laptop in itunes as well. Have tried to download on different broadband lines without success. Is this an apple problem due to high demand or something else?
Everything has worked well until about a month ago, up to date iOS 5 and itunes installed. Tried resetting numerous times, turned off all apps still no joy. Ipad was great but now feeling buying one was mistake. Also recent music purchase was useless and tunes would not play correctly.Since this is happening on the iPad and the computer, it might be worth a try to reboot your router - unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Quit iTunes on the PC, reboot it and the iPad as well
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons -

You need to have a credit or debit card on file to make "in app" purchases.
Reason being is if your iTunes gift card balance runs out and the app you purchased offfers extra content from within the application, there may not be enough credit from the gift card to do so. -
When I updating my iTune today, I got few other pop up notes asking if I want to sync my iPad and other notes seems restoring... so.. now I lost all my photos/videos that I had with my last trip with my parents to Yellow Stone/Grand Teton.... Hi there sorry to hear that, if you have previously backed up your iPad you can restore it to that backup, do you know if you have a previous backup? If you go to iTunes,edit then preferences then devices you will see you previous backups, your photos could be there if you backed up your photos previously though i hope this helps you.

Youll get that message when you change the iTunes account you are logged into, you can't keep changing it. -
I just bought a t.v series but didnt downloading them all jut the first episode. But I have now tried to download the other episodes and a message comes up "This computer is already associated with an apple ID. If you download past purchases with your apple ID you cannot auto download or download past purchases with a different apple id for 90 days." but I havn't downloaded them before and the apple ID I have signed in with is my own?? Help I want to watch my tv series

I bought songs on itunes through my iphone not too long ago. When I went to plug my iphone into my computer to sync, itunes asked me to restore my phone. I backed my phone up, but now i cannot find the songs i purchased through my phone. I've looked for the songs in the itunes store, but it said that i had not purchased any of the songs.How do i get back the songs?

Resetting the Logic Board
Resetting the logic board can resolve many system problems. Whenever you have a
unit that fails to power up, you should follow this procedure
before replacing any modules.
1 Unplug the computer.
2 Press the Power On button on the front of the unit.
3 Open the side access panel.
4 Remove the battery from the logic board.
5 Wait at least 10 minutes before replacing the battery.
6 Make sure the battery is installed in the correct +/-
direction.
7 Reassemble the computer and test the unit.

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Most have restrictions in that you must be a current customer and have maintained service for a minimum period of time. Do yourself a favor, sell it and purchase a phone in India instead.
