I purchased Too Close from iTunes for $1.29. It' listed in my music but won't play on ipod or computer. It just skips to the next song. The forum says just download it again. But why do I have to pay twice?
Does iTunes back up its products? I purchased a song but it does not play on computer or iPod. All other songs purchased from iTunes play fine. Forum says download again, but where's my refund? I never heard of a store that was SO HARD to deal with!
If you are in a country where re-downloading is possible (iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085), delete the track (and the original file) and download again (Downloading [using iOS or computer] past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519). See tips on downloading in https://discussions.apple.com/message/19097773, especially unchecking the "Allow Simultaneous Downloads" box in the downloads tab of iTunes.
Select the store on the left side of iTunes.
Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
You can re-download your available previous purchases.
If you cannot download a second time, contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history or,

Incomplete playback seems to be reported several times a day here. I don't recall this happening before iTunes 10. I would suggest posting feedback to Apple so they aware of an issue.

You would have to work with a retailer selling iTunes cards who would accept a non-US credit card. Best Buy is a possibility; they carry iTunes prepaid cards and will accept orders from other countries:

You'll have to have the order shipped directly to the person in the US (or at least someone with a US address, who could then repackage and resend the cards for you).

Why do I have to pay twice to rent the same movie?
On my ATV2 system it has now happened several times where I will rent a movie and while it is downloading in the background someone will click around maybe watch a youtube video or some other tv show on our home sharing network. a day or two later when I go to watch my rented show it's not ready to watch. So, I have to start the download over again and I get charged again. What's up with that?

Unless you are accidentally starting the movie before someone watches YouTube or whatever, this shouldn't be happening. Are you sure you aren't starting it, are you checking for rentals or trying to rent it again, when you return to watch the movie.
It is quite normal that you'll need to download it again if someone does something else, but you shouldn't need to pay for it. -
Can anyone help me with this? I feel like Adobe has totally abandoned its old paying customers. Afterall, this is the ONLY WAY I can get info on the product. They've stopped even supporting direct customer service, leaving it up to "volunteer" customers to do it.

I purchased Apple TV over many media centre options for the sheer convenience & ease of use for listening to my music through my Home theatre centre but, now I need to pay for this? In about two or so years, this annual fee will have paid for a new media centre where I can access MY music for free!

That's simply not true. On the main Apple TV menu go to Computers and select your iTunes library. Your Apple TV will continue to operate just as it always has prior to iTunes Match being released. -
Why did I have to pay twice and how do I get refunded?
Several months ago, I purcahsed the professional version of reader so that I could easily convert PDFs to word. Then a couple of months ago, my login stopped working to access that functionality. With an emergency for a client pending, I had to purcahse a subscription to the same exact program to get my functionality back. Now I am being charged a monthly fee for software I'd already paid for. This seems absurd, and before i just uninstall the software and start telling clients and counterparties that I cant work with PDfs because Adobe is gouging me, I'd like ot know if this was an error or just a scheme Adobe cooked up to take more of my money. Any guidance appreciated.
Ah, ok. I think you confused us by calling it the "Professional version", because there is an entirely separate product called Acrobat Pro.
Now, there is a special forum for ExportPDF on http://forums.adobe.com/community/exportpdf but that won't reach Adobe staff quickly (or at all), you need to go to the support link on http://exportpdf.adobe.com/ and choose Chat which connects to Adobe staff.
It may help if you have both receipts ready & printed out, so they can understand why one stopped working and how it let you buy two. -

It depends on what country you're in; using the Transfer Purchases function in iTunes on a computer and then syncing the iPad mini is always free.

Purchased TV Show from iTunes directly downloaded to iPhone 3G not playing
Hey everyone,
I've just run into a weird issue, I just purchased & downloaded an episode of a TV show over a Wi-Fi network directly onto my iPhone 3G running the latest firmware. The download completed successfully, but when I try to play the TV Show from the iPod menu the iPhone gives me 'This movie could not be played' error message, even though everything looks ok.
I am currently on holiday in the United States (not sure if it's relevant but I have an Australian iTunes account) and do not have access to my computer to try and troubleshoot the problem properly.
Any ideas as to why this could have happened or has anyone encountered a problem like this before? I'm a bit peeved because I paid for it and have no way of re-downloading.I curently have, and have had in the past, a simmilar problem, except that the file will begin to play (in this latest case the first 48 seconds). Then the image will freeze on a frame, the sound will stop, while the scrub bar will still count upward (says that 49 seconds have played, then 50 seconds, then 51, etc). If I try to fast forward, the frame goes black, with no sound. I can rewind to the beginning, and play the first 48 seconds all I like, but always ends on the same frame.
As I said, this is not the first episode with this has happened. I've only ever tried downloading "Hero's". The first time it happened was a season 3 episode on a second generation iphone running the then current firmware. I am currently using an iphone 3GS with version 3.1.2 firmware. -
Before ios 7, photos that I took on my iphone 5 would go from camera roll to photo stream on my phone and then show up in my Photo Stream folder on my pc within a few seconds. Now they no longer auto sync to my Photo Stream folder on my pc. I know about the new iCloud Photos folder in my pc but the photos do not show up until I manually open the iCloud panel, uncheck the photos button, hit apply, then recheck the photos button and hit apply again. Why do I have to do all of this when it used to be automatic? Is the old Photo Stream folder on my pc dead now? Anyone else having this problem?
I HAVE RESOLVED THIS!! The problem was that I was signed in to iCloud on my iphone with an old Apple ID and using a different Apple ID on my pc. I signed out of iCloud on my phone, then re-signed in with the same id as the iCloud on my pc. Presto chango. All is well.
