When I tried to sync my iPod Touch with my new computer none of the photographs were synced. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. When I did it the first time the photographs were all muddled up in their albums. When I tried to sync again the photographs were all removed. When I get the message that nothing has changed, I have had to press finish. The program then says to save in G:, but I no longer have a G; My former G: is now H: , but there is no opportunity to save it somewhere else. When I try to uninstall all of the itunes programs using itunes first, I get a message that "itunes helper. Resources is not a valid shortfile name. Any suggestions?

Hello, I just purchase Adobe Premier elements 12. I installed it but the only problem is when I try to open "new project" it tells me I have to put my password in and username for the first seven days of installation, but when I do that the project never opens, it just has the loading bar loading and then it stops, so I have no idea wat the problem is, please help

Have you gone through the typical drills of
1. Latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements?
2. Running program from User Account with Administrative Privileges as well as from Run As Administrator applied to the desktop icon
with right click of the icon, followed by selecting Run As Administrator?
3. Does problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
4. Even though the Premiere Elements 12 Editor will not open, can you open the Elements Organizer 12?
If Yes to all of the above, please review the following for a possible solution...

Will Elements 10 Item #65136385 work with Windows Vista? I found this on Amazon.com but it lists operatingsystems only for Windows 7 and I have Vista 64 bit. Can I use this as an upgrade from Elements 7?

I can not get my Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 organize to open. The edit option comes up with no problem, but will crash when I try to access organize. What should I do to fix this problem?

Which operating system are you running on?
Try starting the organizer while holding down the shift key. Hopefully, it should load the Catalog Manager.
Select your current catalog and click on the Repair button. Once it has finished, click on the Open button to see if the catalog opens.

BizRitThe workaround for this problem is to revert to IE9 or earlier, install your old PSE, then reinstall the latest IE version.

Thank you for responding. Nothing actually worked! After reading the posts online, I called Apple. They indicated they have seen problems with some software after their upgrades. The technician was able to fix the problem on my computer remotely, but I have no clue what he did! But, it was definitely related to their recent upgrade to my computer.

When I open a file from Camera Raw in PS this is smaller than the screen so I double-click with the tool "hand" to fit on the screen, but the picture loses sharpness and becomes blurry. If you magnify the image even only slightly with the tool "zoom" the picture comes back clear. In Camera Raw instead is always sharp. I solve the problem by turning off the graphics card in PS but often use plugin that need the graphics card otherwise the processing time is much longer. I ask for help.
