I put my phone in my pocket and something got pushed that made the icons larger how do I change it back to normal?

because I put in my pocket and something got pushed and now the app icons are so large that I cant access some of the options. Its not the text size just the display?
Try double tapping the screen with three fingers to return to normal. Than go to settings> general> accessibility> zoom> off.

Try to position your iphone that the screen is facing away from your skin.

That's caused by the "Smart zoom" feature of the magic mouse. It's a Double tap with one finger to zoom and repeat to unzoom.
You can turn the feature off if desired in System Preferences > Mouse > Point & Click tab -

have change my name and my icloud is still using the old account. how do i change it to my new apple ID on my iphone without deleting the backup already in icloud
To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

When you say that you lost iTunes do you just mean the program or your content ? Have you checked to see if the content is still on your computer but not in iTunes ?
If not then do you not have a backup of your purchases on, for example, external drives or CDs or DVDs ? If you have then you can copy that onto your computer and add it back into iTunes. If you havn't then if they are still available in the iTunes store (and content is occasionally removed so you should make/maintain your own backups and not rely on re-downloading) and if you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to purchase them, then you should be able to re-download apps and ibooks, and if you are in the US music and TV shows, for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . If you are not in the US and you want to re-download music or tv shows then you can try contacting Apple and asking for a re-download, but they are under no obligation to let you : http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/contact/ -
I just updated to Lightroom 5.6 and now Lightroom interface is all in Chinese!
How do I change it back? the Install Wizard was a mix of English and Chinese but after I finished the whole Lightroom is in Chinese!I downloaded it fresh right off the Adobe site and the InstallShield is still in Chinese! I have shoots to edit this really sucks.

Turn on accessibility features using iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility.
Turn on accessibility features using iTunes: Connect iPhone to your computer and select iPhone in the iTunes device list. Click Summary, then click Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary screen.

Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off, then go into: Settings>General>Accessibility and turn it off for good.
