well one time i accidentaly droped my ipad then it says no sim i dropped it again it happens to be ok the i dropped it again no sim again.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Have you tried to reboot your iPad? Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try agian.
Also, try power cycling your router. Meaning, unplug it, count to 10, then plug it back in. Let it reboot and see if that helps.

Why do I have to keep putting my password in to iPad in the last few days for no reason

Over the last few days, every time I go to use my iPad 2 it asks me to put in my password. It did this over Xmas and I cleared out a lot of my storage and it seemed to stop. If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup).
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present

There is no way that you can locate the iphone at all.
The thief can restore it and use it as their own. You will never know or be able to tell what they do with it.

If you have a WiFi-only iPad, there is no cell circuitry included so there will be no place to insert a SIM. If you have a WiFi+Cellular iPad, the instructions for inserting a SIM can be found in the user's guide:
