I ran the ITunes diagnostic thing..what do my results mean?

Hi,
After starting ITunes, I inserted a CD into my D drive, as usual, in order to import the songs on it into my library. However, the drive blinks green maybe 15 times and then stops lighting up and making noise. I ran the ITunes diagnostic and got the following, but I'm not sure what to make out of it--can somebody explain what it is saying and what I should do to fix this problem?:
"Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (Build 2600)
P4i6G P4i65G
iTunes 7.7.0.43
QuickTime 7.5
CD Driver 2.0.7.3
CD Driver DLL 2.1.1.1
Apple Mobile Device 2.0.0.33
Bonjour 1.0.4.12 (118.4)
iTunes Serial Number F458F70C222CE0BB
Current user is an administrator.
The current local date and time is 2008-07-28 21:42:13.
iTunes is not running in safe mode.
Video Display Information
Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller

** CD/DVD Drive Tests **
No drivers in LowerFilters.
UpperFilters: GEARAspiWDM (2.0.7.3),

Drive is empty."
The only changes I've made to my computer before this problem occurred was installing the Windows XP Service Pack 3. Could this affect the drive somehow? Thank you.

Disable any antivirus and firewall software installed on your computer. They can interfere with the update process.
