I rarely check my email on my iPad mini. But when I do hundreds of unread messages are downloaded, all of which I've read on my computer. Then I have to select each message to delete it, or all selected as a batch. How do I see recents only?

I rarely check my email on my iPad mini. But when I do hundreds of unread messages are downloaded, all of which I've read on my computer. Then I have to select each message to delete it. How do I see recents only?

What you've outlined in this part of the post is all that icloud stores for you outside of the backup. If you want to restore from the icloud backup you will then have for all practical purposes a carbon restoration back to your device if you restore from the icloud backup.

Syncing your device with itunes will then enable you to remove whatever photos you wish to remove from your device deleting them with the computer and not the iphone.
