I re-installed Mozilla and when I open an e-mail it disappears and is replaced with bing search.

I cannot view my e-mails. The content appears momentarily and then disappears just leaving a bing search window.

I found that after Firefox v29, a LOT of my settings and 
add-ons were changed / reset. Try this;

Hmmmm... would appear that you need to be actually logged in to enable the additional menu features.
Have you tried deletting the plists for MAS?

In Firefox go to Tools>Add-ons>Extensions and remove the Oberon Games Bar.
Then restart Firefox...

It could be a compatibility issue as well as Acrobat 8 is an older version.
Do you get any error message while registering for the product?
Try repairing it and once and also check for updates as well.
Is it happening with all the word files or any specific one'?

That's consistent with trouble with the Segoe UI fonts on your system.

Do you not close a tab after using it? If you close them, they can't accumulate.
I haven't seen any change in TB3.1 in the way tabs work here.

Choose your version, then your OS (win32 in your case) then your locale (en-us I would think). Finally, when presented with something like ''Thunderbird Setup 24.6.0.exe'', right-click it and choose "save link as", then after it has downloaded, double-click the downloaded file to run it and install Thunderbird.
You don't need to uninstall your newer version. Some add-ons may require help to locate their previous versions, compatible with what you've downloaded and installed; Lightning in particular comes to mind.

I had the same problem (Lightroom CC doesn't appear to run on Widnows) and your solution worked for me. Note that it isn't enough to just close and restart Creative Cloud. This is what I did:
Open Creative Cloud
Open Preferences and hit Sign Out
Sign back in again...
Now start Lightroom CC. This brought up a dialog labelled Photoshop CC saying that it needed to be signed in. When I dismissed it Lightroom then started up.
Something else I noticed that may help diagnose this issue is that the file amt.log contained the line:
04/21/15 23:09:07:623 | [INFO] | | | | AMT | | | 8804 | Application licensing status has changed to unlicensed.

OK thanks - I tried that, would not let me remove the OPM.db file as in solution 2, i uninstalled CS6 versions, i uninstalled Creative Cloud desktop app and then downloaded latest and installed - however, with continual workload, I am not about to remove all Adobe software as suggested in Solution 4! Even in the Creative Cloud app where it shows install new apps, there are only CS6 versions showing?

It's likely that by the time there is an answer the data to allow recovery will be long gone, but this really make me angry. I have been operating with the same tabs for months now, and by using tab groups... poof, now all gone. I use tabs precisely because digging around to find all these pages is a time consuming task. some I don't use for a week or two, but when I needed them, there they were. When I open my Yahoo mail account, it comes up with lines between every entry. When I try to send a new message, the dialogue box is incomplete. The tool bar above the message box is empty so I cannot change the font or font size, etc.

This problem does not occur when I open my Yahoo mail account in Internet Explorer.

Do you have Settings/General/Restrictions/Accounts set to dont allow changes - i have an exchange email account on my 6+ and there was a button at the bottom to delete the account
