I re-receive emails I have already deleted from previous dates, anyone had this happen?
Emails I have previously deleted keep showing up in my inbox - sometimes by the thousands! What do I do to stop from happening?
Since I posted I found something out about my situation and I'm posting it in case it may help you or someone else.
On my iphone I decided to turn off my wireless and go strictly carrier network and for some odd reason my d/l's worked. That made me think about anything recent I might have changed and there was one thing that I changed, although I don't see how that could affect anything except speed. I had recently switched my router over to full 5GHz security and speed. You know, instead of the router splitting up signal 5GHz AND 2.4GHz wireless security, I disabled the 2.4GHz and left only the 5GHz. As I mentioned above, I totally got off of the wireless router feed and onto network connection to test my network out and the d/l's worked. So to me, that points to my network, but I could be wrong since there are others having troubles as well.
Does anyone else see a problem with switching over like that? Also, just since logging on here and posting this I'm getting other errors while posting this, from the Apple website in my browser, a rectangular box keeps coming up saying "Bad Gateway". No other sites are doing this so now I'm thinking Apple is having trouble. Anyone care to comment?

You need to have a different Apple ID for each of the other devices.

That is incorrect, archive them now and restore them later, if they are Mobile Me emails they will move to iCloud without you doing anything, but you should still archive them first. -
have an Adobe PRO 11 user converting a word Document to PDF using PDFMAKER and all of the numbering is disappearing from left column,. Has anyone had this happen and if so what is the fix?
Is it possible to post a sample page some place for us to try out (dropbox or acrobat.com)? Is your Acrobat updated? What version of WORD are you using?

ICloud photosteam on PC is only backing up photos that I have already deleted from my phone.
I had my phone stolen and went into the icloud photos stream on my PC to check that all my photos are there. To my horror I the only photos appearing on the photostream of my PC are ones that I have deleted from my iPhone. Only about ten of the photos in the photostream folder are actually photos that exist on my phone and the rest are the deleted ones. This seems really bizarre to me, surely if they don't even exist on the phone, they shouldn't be backed up? I'm really hoping there will be some way of recovering the rest of my photos, or at least that when I get a new iPhone, iCloud will automatically give me the photos back and not the deleted ones I'm seeing on my PC. Does anyone have any idea why it might be doing this??
Go to "Apps"under "Library", click on it, hit the delete key.

Hi there, dealisland1! I'm very sorry about your email issue. Let's get right to fixing it! First, I recommend deleting that email account and then re-adding it. To delete an email account, to to Settings> Email> Account settings> tap the name of your email account, then tap menu (the three vertical dots)> select Remove account.

If you are using Firefox to access web mail, you need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

How do I clean up mail in my icloud? I have already deleted old mail (from all my e-mail accounts) on all devices, and emptied the junk & deleted files, but it still shows that I am at max on my icloud. What do I do to free up space? (photos & apps do not take up that much room). When I go to manage storage on any device & it will display how much room each program or app is using, it still shows that my e-mail is taking up the most room. Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). You will access to the Time Machine interface, and you will be able to see all your mails of all the backups you have, and you will be able to restore them. Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them, and all future updates will require you to enter the password associated with this ID, whether you are currently using this ID for purchases or not. If you are being prompted for your sister-in-law's Apple ID when updating it means that there must be one or more apps on your phone that was purchased using her Apple ID. (When she synced with your computer it may have transferred this app to your library. It was subsequently synced to your phone.) The only way to stop the prompt for her ID is to delete these apps from your phone and your iTunes library and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

Photos on iPad and iPhone as Events that i have already deleted in iPhoto and can't find out how to delete?!
I had an album on my iPad that didn't have a delete option. I was able to finally remove everything by connecting the iPad to iTunes and going to the Photos tab. Select sync photos. It will ask you if you want to replace all photo on iPad with sync photos. Apply the setting and then un-sync photo again. It will then remove all photos on iPad starting with a clean slate.
Be sure to backup all your photos before doing this. Hope that helps. -

If you cannot clear enough room on the device to do the update via the phone, then connect the phone to the computer and iTunes and update that way.

Preview version 5.5 not allowing printing multiple images on page
In past (pre lion) I was able to print several images on 1 page in preview. You used to just have to select images and in print menu how many images were on page. This option seems to have gone. Any work around or am I missing something ? thanks
