Try resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Home screen redisplays, see if your issue is resolved.

Trying to install the new itunes update and it keeps saying error could not install itunes. Currently I am running windows 7. Any advise to fix this problem. This is doing this when installing itunes/quicktime, safari 5, mobileme control panel, and the software update itself. The itunes version is 10.3.1
That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use Firefox instead of IE for the download (or vice versa), do you get a working installer? -
My youngest erased all content and settings on my iphone 4s (prepaid) and now it says it is not activated.I still have my account and number,but it says phone number unknown now.How do i fix this?.
If you haven't already tried, see if you can force it into recovery mode to restore it:

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

WHY DOES MY PHONE KEEP SAYING " THE IPHONE SOFTWARE UPDATE SERVER COULD NOT BE CONTACTED???
The most likely reason is you once used your computer to hack or jailbreak a phone or iPad, and the process corrupted the network database on your computer. You need to edit your hosts file and remove any lines that contain gs.apple.com.
The other possibility is that your firewall and/or antivirus is blocking access to Apple's activation servers. -
I changed my hotmail password on my home computer, and now when I try to get email on my phone and use my new password, it says it's not correct. I just did an update a few days ago, but still can't access my email on my phone. Any suggestions???
You shoulcn't, but download and use the free app My Contacts Backup to back up your contacts before you try. It will back up your contacts as an attachment to an email which you send to yourself. If you somehow lose your contacts by deleting the account you can later open this email on your phone and tap the attachement to re-import your contacts.

I keep trying to update my apps on my phone and when i do a notifaction pops up saying my Apple ID has been disabled. It also does this when i try to download new apps. This is getting very frustrating can somebody help me?

This message means that someone was unable to sign in to this account multiple times. The Apple ID system will disable the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You'll need to follow the instructions on My Apple ID to reset your password. -
i can't download or update free apps on my ipad or iphone. i can log in to my i-store account on my laptop and download stuff. when i try on the iphone or ipad i keep getting apple ID disabled message. i had to enter in my account and new password to get to this community site so the password is working. but when i enter the updated password on the iphone or ipad i keep getting...apple ID disabled. thanks
When you try to update the app, is the Apple ID that comes up the same as the Apple ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? e.g. log in on another device, reset password etc. -

What do i do when i am in mail and it keeps saying it does not recognize my password?
I am just restarting my computer and I am trying to log in to my email. I keep typing my password but it says MobileMe IMAP server "mail.me.com" rejected the password for user enter password again. I keep entering my password and this box keeps popping up. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
