I read stories on my iPod, I can get text on there ok, no quotations? why?

I want to read stories on my iPod, so when I put them on there they take out all the quotations, so sometimes it's difficult to tell when people are speaking or not. Can anybody help me? Sometimes it works when I was using

that, but then sometimes it wouldn't! Like today I tried clicking 'convert diacritical marks' and there were no quotations, so the next time I didn't click it and there were still no quotations!

Basically, you can't read DRM-protected iBooks on the MBP at this point. But you may do something with the free ones. Look to the right of your OP; under "More Like This" there are several threads on the topic, with various possible solutions, eg, Calibre.

It is possible that the app was removed from the App Store. If so you will not be able to get it back, unless you have it downloaded on your computer.
If you had downloaded it before and it is still in the store, you can go to the App Store app on your iPod and go to the Updates tab. Then you tap on "Purchased" and see if it is available to download from your previous purchases.

You cannot get it factory unlocked if it is locked.
Factory unlock means it comes from the factory already unlockled.
You can get it unlocked by the carrier (if your carrier offers unlocking).
The warranty is still valid of you get it carrier unlocked.

I can't seem to sign into the store on my iPod and can't do anything with my account at all for iTunes

Since this morning ive been having a rough go with my iPod. The e-mail aspect of it wasn't working correctly, and still isnt. It takes a long time for it to load. Then a friend tried to message my iMessage and instead of coming to my iPod it went to my e-mail. So I decided to try and restart my iPod. That didnt help. So i went into my settings and signed out of my account and now I can't sign back in. Once again. Did not help. So I got on my computer and Thought I'd sync my iPod to my iTunes it did its normal sync routine. Didn't help. Then I tried Viewing my account on iTunes and it won't let me, I dare not sign out of my account on iTunes in case the same thing happen. It takes long to access and then tells me it has timed out. And now my iPod is having troubles with my e-mail again and told me it couldn't load my yahoo when I know it can. I'm not sure what else to do or if maybe this is an Apple update thing but it's starting to get rather annoying. I've tried everything I can think of, maybe someone can help. If you know anything about this please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it.

It means what the message says. The format of the song can't be converted to a format compatible with the iPod.
Does it play in iTunes?
Where id the song come form?
Try deleting and reimporting into iTunes.

4G iPod Shuffle can't play 1h-long mp3-files! Why?

I have just purchased my first iPod Shuffle and it works fine except for the fact that my workout mixes can not be played.
The Shuffles main purpose should have been to play my music during workout...
Everyone of the mixes is between 1h and 1.5h long and none of them will play. Normal songs work fine.
My very old classic can play these mixes!
I assume it's just a little software bug that's causing this problem.
If that's the case, how do I tell Apple to please update their firmware to support bigger mp3's?
I don't wanna call the support but instead write an email or something.

Not legally. Copying commercial DVDs involves breaking the encryption on the disc, which is illegal as per the DMCA.
