I really need help from anyone willing to help a poor guy out

I have installed and uninstalled adobe and all of its components. I dont get any sound or video out of anysites at all. I even reinstalled windows xp pro to try and fix the problem. I have done allot of things posted and have come up empty handed. I am seriously frustrated. I have everthing up to date and atill no luck. I get sound and video on my desktop players and anything else off line please help me.

To better assist you with this issue we need to know:
What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)
What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)
Are you seeing any error messages?
Can you provide screenshots of the error messages (if applicable)?

I have a small problem, ever since I updated my adobe flash, every single time I load my web browser. Be it IE or Firefox or hell even Netzero's crap wb, it crashes the page I tried to open up.
I tried to find the flashplayer that was out prior to 10.2(whatever) but I can't seem to find it and am always redirected right to the newest one that has just come out.
I am at my wits end with this thing please someone help me out.

Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash Open the Flash folder and post back all files listed. The NPSWF files you will need to Right click on and Open, then click on Properties to obtain the Version numbers.
Then using IE, go to Tools, Manage addons and find Shockwave Flash Object, make sure it's Installed, Enabled and the same version of Flash Player that you have Installed. Let me know.
Using FF, go to all plugins and make sure Shockwave Flash plugin is Installed and Enabled. Let me know.
Test both browsers here and you should see the Flash Player logo animation(RED F spin)

Also the version of Flash Player will be displayed.
If you use adblock or adblock plus or any popup blocking software you may want to disable them since they block Flash Content.
Any Virus issues? If so which program removed them?
Go to this site and see if you have a Kill-bit set. Just look to see if that Key is there in Post#1. If it is, then in Post#4 at the bottom is the solution needed.

I appreciate your answer. While it might work, I'm a bit hesitant to remove the other programs as a possible solution since they are all currently working.
With Acrobat 9 Pro failing with the OS 10.7 upgrade, I'm hoping that there is a less severe solution.
Since the trigger appears to be 10.7 and may have something to do with the discontinued support of Rosetta, I could be spending a few hours working on a reinstall without a change. Yes, it might work. The "might" is the part that makes me hesitate.
Is anyone else out there on OS 10.7 and running Acrobat 9 Pro? Any issues with anyone else?

I don't know what I did, but There is nothing in my itunes any more. Also all my settings are gone (such as all my playlists and pod cast subscriptions. I still have everything that I had already down loaded into my ipod in my ipod. Is there any way I can download from my ipod back into my itunes? If not, is there any way to locate the missing stuff that should still be in my computer since I never emptied the recycle bin in the last couple of weeks? Thank you, Marty

First you need to scan the system for viruses and malware if your sure you done nothing to wipe iTunes library out. Scan with your antivirus program and scan for malware with Ewido http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Now you can use a program like yamipod to copy just the playlist if you want http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/

We are implementing sip in our business and we tested the dummy numbers on sip it is working fine.
When we test our main numbers it is not working for incoming or outgoing calls. it is giving sip error error 404.
I am using CUCM 8.6.2
Any ideas.

The cable that I'm using came with my 5th gen nano. The 6th gen Ipod shows that it's connected but the computer doesn't see it, so I don't think that it's the cable.
I did try this before when looking at the troubleshooting guide and nothing happens. It just resets and then the Ipod screen tells me that it's connected to the computer. It still is unseen by Itunes and no where to be found in my computer.
I don't have another computer to plug it into at the moment but I may be able to visit a friend that owns a decent PC in a few days. If that doesn't work out I will be getting a new lap top in a week and I'm hoping that it will work on that, but it won't be a Mac. So, let's say it works when I plug it into one of these computers, should I reset my Ipod from there or is there something else I should do?

OS X is not available for download. You have to buy physical disks.
both 10.2 and 10.3 are years out of print and you'll have to look for used copies. I suggest you try ebay

make sure you buy a retail version. do not buy computer specific sets as they only work on specific hardware.

I purchased an itune. It has me Authorize and I do and it keeps coming back saying Authorize again. My other tunes will play but not that one? Help from anyone would be great.

Getting furious...NEED answers from anyone!!!

ok..here goes nothing. I have a 1 year old ipod touch 3rd gen, 8g. Never left in the cold, or heat, its not cracked, jailbroken, nor has it gotten wet. Recently it has been giving me lots of problems. Problems: 1. It turns itself off, even when fully charged.
                                                                2. i put it on hold and the screen goes dark, when i try to take it out of hold, it has turned off.
                                                                3. It freezes.
                                                                4. when i try to click on apps, they dont open up.
                                                                5.youtube freezes.
                                                                6. i have to reset it just to turn it on.(hold for 25-30 secs)
                                                                 7.I turned it off, fully charged, and put it in a drawer. I come back to it and try to turn it on. it wont turn on. I plug it into my computer and a low battery icon comes up. It was fully charged when i turned it off and put it away...
                                                                 8.while playing some songs, it freezes.
                                                                  9. and lastly, if it put it on hold while playing a song, i cant take it out of hold, but the music is still playing. i cant even adjust the music on the side. Its been updated, its not old. I have no warranty. Can anyone please help me? does this thing need a new battery or something? i had my first one, and then i brought it into the apple store with problems and they gave me the ipod i have now.

Have you tried restoring your iPod to factory defaults/new iPod to rule out a software problem? If you still have problems after thayou likely have a hardware problem. In that case I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
