I want to add songs onto my IPhone 4S but its saying i need IOS 10.3.6 or later. Im not very great with computers and i dont know how to update to that version. I already have my IPhone updates to IOS 6. Please help!!

IOS 6.0.1 is the latest at the moment for your iPhone 4S.
May you meant computer iTunes 11.0.1
or Mac OSX to version 10.6.8
