In the October'2010 same E.mail was sent to me and I provided information on good faith . Consequently my PC was full of Trojan viruses.
What to do next?
I too have this problem and have gone through almost identical analysis.
I get a mix of nothing happening and the message, operation not permitted from version of reader 6.0 through to 8.1

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

Adding a forwarding link to send a pdf file to another e-mail address
I would like to add a forwarding link to a pdf document that is available for download from my iWeb site. I would like someone to be able to forward the pdf file to another e-mail address. Can I do this in iWeb? If so, how?
Isn't that decision rather made by the person who downloads the pdf.
What if he doesn't forward the pdf and keeps it to himself? -

When I delete an e-mail, it automatically puts another e-mail in my inbox which reads "No Sender", thus I have numerous e-mails that have not really been deleted. How can I delete all these e-mails and how to correct the issue of deleting e-mails?
Here is one way of doing it. Left click on picture, list opens click on save as. In next window box apears save as type PNG(*.png). Then go to my pictures and print picture from there. I am not sure what print target is? That is in the list also. That may be how it is directly printed. Never used that short cut. Try it and see. I know for sure saving it to file works.

Booted up and Mail asks me to create a new account. It's as if I had never had a mail account before. I have had this one operating for years, and all of a sudden it needs me to enter all the info I have for multiple email accounts.
Thank you Airmail...this got me a little way toward a solution but is a bit over my head! (not techy here).
Since my address book looks fine, I followed the "lost/corrupt" directions. I located the pref file and see several "mail.account" lines there (a server and identity for each email address??)
The next sentence in the instructions confused me. If I DO find mail.accounts, what then? Do I need to then go on to #1 and #2 below, back up and find a new copy of the js prefs file? How and where would I find a new copy?

What is the best way to sent a GROUP of pictures from Camera Roll to another e-mail address?
Have a group (45-50) separate pictures taken - in Camera Roll - with iPhone camera.
Need to send them to another e-mail address, but would like to send as a group (or series of smaller groups) rather than one at a time.
Any suggestions for "bulk" selection of sharing?You can actually select up to 5 pictures at a time to email. Better choice would be to import them to the computer and send them that way, depending on any restrictions by the mail provider on attachment sizes, or you could use something like Dropbox and then just email the link to share with others.

That is a feature of using GMail's SMTP server.
That is configured on GMail's website, and then you use the other account as your incoming mail server, and GMail's SMTP server as your outgoing server to relay that email address.
It is independent of whether you are receiving that account with IMAP or POP3, since IMAP and POP3 are receiving email protocols.
