That is correct. Your camera was first supported by Camera Raw 7.3. Camera Raw 7.3 will not work with CS5. You need CS6 or CC.

It all depends on your preferred workflow and your budget.
Using the DNG converter is free. There is no monthly fee. You use the converter to convert all Raw files from the EOS 6D to DNGs then edit the DNGs in CS5. That's an extra step every time - every photo. Some people don't like the extra step. Others don't mind.

You can repair the SD card using Disk Utility.
I suggest you copy the photos from your SD card, if you haven't done so already, before using Disk Utility to repair your SD card.

The last Apple itunes update from 1/24/14 was unsuccessful and I now receive an error message stating that a program MSVCR80 file is missing. What does that mean?

On January 24, 2014 I received a prompt on my Sony Vaio laptop that there was an iTunes program update ready. Seems to be a common enough problem. I've deleted the partial failed backup from iCloud, restoring all 5Gb of storage. Then started a manual backup. After about 20 minutes I get the same error message. I have repeated this several times. According to my iTunes on my laptop I managed one backup to iCloud from there but it is pointless if u can neither backup to or restore from iCloud via my iPhone 4. I had hoped ios 5.0.1 would solve this glitch but ....
So much for "it just works".
I have yet to see any suggested fix that works for me. Any other suggestions?

I followed the steps to unlock the .icc file in the "getinfo" screen then went on clicking repair in colorsync utility.
This is the message i got:

New to mac so I really don't know what to do.
I didn't get this message so far. What i did before getting this message was to open a jpeg file. I wanted to edit it so when i did right click on the file i went to open with, and colorsync came as an option; so i chose it.

When trying to restore an iCloud backup, I receive the error message "Appe-ID cannot be created. invalid device while updating mme delegate account".

After a complete crash of my iPad 3 (WIFI only) because of updating to iOS 7.03, I try to restore my config from iCloud.
I managed to get into the settings assistant and enter my Apple-ID (which is valid as checked via iTunes).
But then I see the error message "Apple ID cannot be created - invalid device while upgrading mme delegate account".
I have no clue what the mme delegate account is but need my data back.
Any suggestions?

All you need to do is restore the iphone in itunes as new
and then set up as new
after this is done
then you can restore from itunes back up with out any error!!

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

I Updated to 8.0 and now firefox will not open and I receive an Error message stating that 7.0.1 is not compatible with Min version 8.0 and max version 8.0. What can I do now?

I tried uninstalling 7.0.1 and reinstalling it and still it would not update and problems such as losing my bookmarks, and it having different tool bars and add ons each time I opened it. I lost so many bookmarks and it became so frustrating that I decided to try and upgrade to see if that would overcome the problems. And now I have this problem. When I did a search on my hard drive to see how many firefox components there were I found firefox related files and documents all over the place and wondered if I should just delete anything related to firefox to clean any residual files that might be causing problems and then start a clean download, but I didn't want to delete files in windows and wasn't sure what I should delete and what I should leave. Can anyone help?? I miss my firefox and wish that I had never upgraded to 7.0.1 .

Might have a hardware issue that was caused by the minor liquid spill.
Take it to Apple to have them look at it. I think they do a free diagnostics. That way you can find out what's wrong with your MB.

You can find the latest updates for CS5 here: Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows
You can download and install those updates if you have not already.
CS5 is no longer sold or supported, so will not be getting new updates.
Since I'm a volunteer and not an employee, I can't say when the server will be online.
