Is 14 an error code? If so, what is the error?

If you have acrobat pro 8, you can add pages to an existing pdf. For the insert page type in *.ai then acrobat will see the ai files and load them.
Its up to you if you want to delete the old page, before or after inserting the new page.

This should get your itunes store connection working.
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

IHELP: Importing fdf file into a multi page pdf form

I have a 3 page pdf form that tabs have been set for each page and a dummy field set up at bottoms of page 2 and 1 that go to the next page.
I want to import data from the old form into the new forms via the fdf files but it is only importing the first page. How to get it to import all pages.
I am going into the old form and Form, Manage Forms, Export to fdf.
I open the new form and Form, Manage Forms, Import.
(The field names are not the same between the old form and the new. Do they need to be?)

The field names need to be the same. So you need fields with the same names, even if hidden, to import the data and then you need a way to update the different field values for the same logical fields but a different field name.

Getting this message when opening CS4 illustrator "could not complete the requested operation"

Afternoon all, Simply put someone in my art dept is suddenly getting this message "could not complete the requested operation"
when trying to open CS4 Illustrator. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64bit. CS4 is completely up to date. And Photoshop and other applications are working as they should. Have restarted, Tried moving the Users\Appdata\Roaming and Local\Adobe\ Folders to the desktop but it didnt help. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well I deactivated and uninstalled. Ran the cleaner, and Illustrator is still not working. Going to try a system restore within windows 7 to see if something could have messed with the program.

Firefox crashes when I try to attach a file. Seems related to second problem, receive error messages when opening a pdf in adobe (which I've reinstalled twice)

When I open my email (gmail, school email) and try to attach a file, firefox immediately crashes and gives me two error messages. first one is a WerFault, i think. I don't know if that's relevant.
Apart from these crashes in Firefox, I am also having the same problem when trying to view or open a pdf in adobe reader, or even open adobe reader itself. It won't try to open, I just receive the error messages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it two times now. I did this thing suggested online where you go into the control panel and look at all your plugins. Then, "repair" adobe reader - pretty sure it's just a button that says repair. that didn't do anything, of course I also could have done something wrong.
I realize this could be a problem unrelated to Firefox, but I'm doing what I can before I take my laptop in.
Please save me.

Ok two things based on the crash report and the steps you took right before the crash:
# Try to disable scrolling acceleration and restart Firefox. Does it continue to crash?
# Try Safe Mode and do the same task as above with email and the pdf [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]]
# Also pdf.js may be helpful to read pdfs in the meantime. You can change the default reader in the Preferences/Options > Application menu of Firefox.
# Try to clear out the downloads folder and update flash to version 14 (that should do it)
IF it crashes again please also provide the new crash signatures and we can take a look :-) Sorry for the crashing :-(

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). 
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]] 
 
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears. 
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions. 
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

I receive this message when I plug in my Samsung Continuum phone. "The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer." How do I download my photos?

I have checked usb debugging and chosen mount the device when prompted by the phone. I have tried to mount without debugging chosen and the same message pops up. Initializing my phone is not an option.. Choosing ignore does just that - nothing happens. At this point I cannot download music to my phone nor download phots from my phone to my mac. Thanks.

There was an error opening the database for the library “/Volumes/My Book/photos/Aperture Library.aplibrary”.
the library is on a seperate hard drive how do i open it ??

That's a permissions/ file associations problem where some components never properly register. You need to fix that. The easiest way would be to reinstall AI with proper user privileges, possibly after running the cleaner tool:

How do I get all pages of a multi-page PDF form to print in old versions of Reader? Reader 11 prints all; Reader 10 skips first page

I'm new to forms creation, so please excuse my ignorance. I've created a 9 page form in InDesign CS6 on Mac OS 10.6.8 and exported it as an interactive PDF. With Acrobat 10.1.10 I've checked that there is no security -- everything is allowed. None of the form fields is required. I originally had some required fields but made them not required to see if my printing problem would go away. I enabled the extension that allows versions of Reader before 11 to save data in the form. Page 1 has combo fields, radio buttons, a submit button, and text fields. The rest of the form has radio buttons and text fields. Some of the people who've tried my form say they can print pages 2 through 9 but not page 1. One of them is known to be using Reader 10. I've tried printing my form with Reader 11 on Max OX 10.6.8 and Reader 11 on Windows 8.1 and seen no printing problems. What have I done wrong? Is there something about the submit button on page 1 that makes older versions of Reader not willing to print that page? There's nothing propriety or sensitive on the form so I'll leave it for a while in Dropbox in case someone is willing to inspect it. It's at

I've been able to find someone willing to do some testing that I can't do without installing old versions of Reader on my computer. The surprising (to me) result is that the Submit button causes the problem. By simply removing the Submit button, Reader 10 is now able to print page 1. The Submit button was set up to do a "mailto". I don't know whether other destinations also cause the problem of the page not printing with old versions of Reader.
