Please share the exact message you receive. This will help our Social Media team and our forum members have a better understanding of the issue. Also share the phone model and software version. Try doing a soft reset to your device and see if that clears any error preventing your message to download.

osx 10.7.4 safari 6.0 When I add a new bookmark to the "bookmarks menu" it is added somewhere in the middle instead of at the end of the list. This just started a few days ago after an update. Has anyone else noticed this?.
Just for those who are interested, this is what cleared the "bookmark menu" trbl I had.
Open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Bookmarks, then reselect it.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try a bookmark again. -
Im having problem setting up my Hotmail account, it used to work fine until few days ago. It says ive entered an incorrect username or password which i can sign in fine with them details if i use laptop or safari through the phone, Please help..
I Sugges you to log into your hotmail acc and go to security and password change bit, then you will see two-step verification.. turn that off and you will be able to set it up on your iPhone/iPad or even Mac.

Or hope that someone charges it, turns it on, and you accidentally look at "find my phone" while this is all happening..... or a good person turns it into your provider so that they can return it. -

That's a bug in whatever Java program you're running.
That's not an error specific to OS X.
(There's usually a whole lot more text dumped by Java, too.)
Check with whoever wrote or is supporting the package you're working with. -

messages in macbook pro is not working, a few days ago it was running just fine, now it claims non of my current contacts have an imessage account and messages cannot be delivered, i did updated the software recently and it asked me to re accpet terms and conditions, i dont know if it has something to do with it, any help??
The iMessage and Facetime servers are down for the day. People have been having issues since this morning. I called Apple myself and they told me to just wait until this evening and try again but warned that could not be fixed until tomorrow.
Wait until then and see what happens. You can always call Apple and get a direct update if you still have issues and think it should be fixed.

I cannot print wirelessly from Macbook Pro: this is the error message I receive /Library/Printers/EPSON/InkjetPrinter2/Filter/rastertoescpII.app/Contents/MacOS /rastertoescpII failed. Can anyone help. I have been able to print on this printer for months, then yesturday out of the blue I get this error.

I also saw this same error message above the Print Queue, ever since allowing the Epson Printer Software Update (August 2013) to install. After this update installed, I was able to print a basic Test Page from the Print Queue, but when printing from any application I only got "Looking for printer..." displayed above the Print Queue, which would stall and never print.
2008 MacBook, 10.7.5. It used to print to my Epson WorkForce 845 wirelessly without problems, before this software update was installed.
Changing the driver from "Epson WorkForce 845" to "Epson WorkForce 600 - Gutenprint v5.2.3" was a workaround that did allow me to print, but I wasn't satisfied with that.

This issue may be a result of the Computer Name being left empty:
Open System Preferences and choose Sharing.
Enter a name for your computer.
Even without restarting the MacBook, I was able to now change back to using the Epson WorkForce 845 driver v9.0 successfully. I never would have guessed that a Computer Name is required in order to print! -
CORRECTION:
I installed the Twitter application on my ipod, the newest ipod, I believe its the 5th generation, with the iOS 5.0.1 and everytime I open the app, where my timeline should be it just says "Protected Tweets" and whenever I try to compose a tweet it says "Error posting message. There was an error posting your tweet. It has been saved as a draft, please try resending later. (Error:unauthorized)" Can anyone help me out ?Go into the iPad settings app and check your settings for twitter. I found that my password was short one character for some reason.

I have just changed my mobile provider and obtained a new Vodafone micro sim. I restored all the settings on my ipad and put my new micro sim card in. However, I keep getting an error message telling me that my network is restricted. Has anyone had the same issue and is there a solution?
The Computer 'area' wouldn't be for accessing your iPad. You would use basic airplay or mirroring to stream content from your IOS device.

I really wish the forum mods would make it more obvious when it comes to creating post titles vs the content... now we have no idea what we missed out on.
First of all Jetpacks don't consume data, your personal devices do. If your data plan is starting to reflect high data usage then one or more of your personal devices are to blame. That means that for the time being you should get into the habit of powering on and off your Jetpack only as it is needed. This will curb off the strange or late night download sessions so that they only occur when you are actively using your Jetpack.
From there its a game of cat and mouse to figure out which device is demanding all the data from the VZW network. You have to use isolation techniques in addition to trial and error to find the source of the data leak and put a stop to it. Sometimes that means bringing the device to a hotspot and letting it finish its updates. Sometimes that means a new VZW device. Sometimes that means termination. Adding more data doesn't help the problem, its a band aid at best. -

After troubleshooting for a few hours, I still cannot find a proper solution. Effectively, I learned that if I create a new profile user, with this command in windows Run: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -p , I can open the user profile menu manually, and create/delete a new/not-new user, and upon creating and using a new one, it works fine. For a couple of times opening the browser, anyway, in which it results in the same problem as before. I took a list and compared the old files to a brand new users files, and did find some differences. Take these into effect,
The compatability and extensions .ini files were differed by 3 kb , with a new user being 1, and the old user being 4.
The Local Store .rdf file differed from 2 for a new user, to 4 for an old user.
The Mime Types .rdf file differed from 3 for a new user to 4 for an old user.
Plugin Reg(istry?) .dat differed from 17 new to 20 old.
Search.json differed from 13 new to 16 old.
Search Metadata.json differed from 1 new to 4 old.
URL Classifier Key 3.txt differed from 1 new to 4 old.
Web App Store.sqlite differed from 96 new to 128 old.
(All units are KB)
Seeing as a few articles relating to the problem are "no longer maintained" and the solutions work only temporarily, I came here hoping to fix this little issue. Thank you, and good luck in advance.

Note; the first crash ID is for the new user that crashed, the last is for an old user.I see.. I have heard rumors of this, but it did not occur to me that this would literally crash upon startup. Thank you for the help, Edmeister. Will check as "solved it" if it works. Thanks again!
