The Apple store will do this for you.
You can call Apple support and they will walk you through it.
You can type "move itunes library from pc to mac" into the google search bar.

My old computer has broken and I had not backed up my Itunes. I now have the hard drive from my old computer (windows 7) but cannot transfer the music. How can I transfer the music from my old hard drive to the new laptop (windows 8)?

Copy the entire iTunes folder from \Users\<User>\Music on the old drive into your music folder on the new computer.
Or see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

  • How do I transfer all data from my old internal hard drive to a new internal hard drive

How do I transfer all data from my old internal hard drive to a new internal hard drive? I have an iMac with a 320gb internal HD that is full and I am replacing it with a 2tb internal drive. I have several external drives; 1 tb, 2tb and 3 tb. The 2 tb is being used for Time Machine. Do I have to buy an enclosure? If so, where would I get an inexpensive one?
I also want to partition the new internal drive for Windows, and I'm not sure how much space to use for that. I plan to use Windows to check my work in PowerPoint created on my Mac for clients on PCs.

Do you already have Time Machine making backups onto the 2TB drive? If so, after you get the internal drive replaced, boot up into the recovery partition (hold down ⌘R) and restore the latest Time Machine backup that you have onto the new internal drive.
I recommend always having two backups. I'd use SuperDuper to make a complete clone of your internal drive onto an external drive in addition to having the Time Machine backup.
Boot Camp is what is used to make partitions for Windows. How much space to allocate depends on how much space you expect Windows to use up based on how you plan to use it.

If you only copy your Files you will lose your favorites. The best Way to copy your Library to the New Computer is to Export your libery (you can find the Export in the menue). This will copy your Wohle Library on cd. If you Out in These cd's in your new Computer iTunes will copy it with all informations.
While that may work, it is extremely time consuming and unnecessary.
Copying the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer will keep the library intact.

  • How do I transfer my music from my old iPad to my new one?

How do I transfer my music from one iPad to my new one? Photos are easy my music is the pain. iTunes won't
See my music. I dislike putting a ton of CDs all over again when I did it once. I would like to empty
My old one to give it to is relative and I need my songs.

I'm sorry but I still do not understand what you are saying.
The songs are playable in the music app, so there's no problem there. You didn't download the songs using iTunes on the iPad, you synced the songs from iTunes - that is the way I read your statement.
iTunes on the iPad doesn't see the songs? This is what doesn't make sense to me. Why would iTunes need to see the songs. The songs are in the music app. There is no need for iTunes to see the songs. You imported the songs from CD into iTunes - correct? The songs are in your iTunes library on the computer. Once again, there is no need for iTunes on the iPad to see the songs.
Are you talking about iTunes Match? If not, why does iTunes need to see the songs? The songs are in the Music app.

  • How do I transfer my music from my old PC to my new MacBook?

I just got my MacBook Pro yesterday and Ive been trying to transfer the music from my PC to the Mac using Home Share, but whenever I try iTunes says that the computer is not a part of the Home Share from my account, even though its signed into that account. Help, please?

home sharing won't transfer playcounts, ratings, and original "date added".
if you wish to keep those, use the instructions in this article here.

Exact same way as razmee209 stated earlier. The sync process for the iPhones and iPods is one way from iTunes to the device, not the other way. The 3rd party software is the only solution if the music was not purchased via iTunes.
Simplest way is to transfer all your user data (inlcluding iTunes library) from old computer to new computer.

  • How do I transfer my ipod from my old windows to my new mac?

I got a new mac. I tried to sync my ipod classic to the new mac. It got stuck in the "Do not disconnect" mode. It stayed like that all day and all night. I finally tried to sync it back to my old windows and got a message on my windows computer that it did not recognize it. When I hook it to my mac, it doesn't do anything and the sync command in my mac itunes doesn't highlight.
My ipod won't even turn off.

Try restoring your iPod on the Mac. Restoring in iTunes for Mac will erase and reformat the iPod's hard drive, reload the software with the Mac version and put it back to default settings. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions to name the iPod and automatically sync your songs and videos onto the fresh installation. Press Done and the iPod will appear in iTunes and start to sync. If you want to update manually or using selected playlists uncheck the box beside the sync automatically instruction and press Done, it will default to manual mode and you can choose whatever setting you like: Restoring iPod to factory settings with iTunes
