I received a shipment notification yet when I track it all I see is label created. Anyone else?
I received a shipment notification on Saturday. When I track it I only get "Label Created". I called Verizon Support and they are not able to get me any other information. They informed me it is sitting at a FedEx Location. Anyone else?

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order. Since you tried using it/charging before it way dry it is likely permanently damaged.

I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter? -
I am having some issues with email. My iphone shows 4 emails as unread yet when I look thru all my emails, both on my iPhone5 and my outlook there are no unread emails. How do I clear this up on my phone?
Email does not and has never synced between the iPhone and the computer. It sounds like you may have had your PC set up to use POP3 for e-mail, which will download e-mail from the server and delete it, causing it to vanish from your phone if the phone was set up for IMAP. IMAP provides full synchronization between the server and clients. What you delete on one will vanish from the others. This is the preferred method of managing e-mail as it prevents e-mail from being downloaded, for example, on a PC and making it inaccessible on your phone.

Jesulli is is a connection issue. First up reboot your router and reboot apple TV taking ALL cables out for 30 seconds. Post again if it is a more complex issue.

First I was hearing a notification tone intermitantly when an email came in; it was never consistent and only started after I'd had my macbook for about 7 weeks. Today, I found the way to turn off all notifications and put the computer on permanent do not disturb in system preferences. Now I'm getting the tone sort of at random. Can anybody tell me what is going on? I have a 2014 macbook pro 15".
Yes. Reset network settings. Head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.

Works from a 32 bit XP machine. Does not work from a 64bit Win 7 machine. It's 64 bit that seems to be the issue; the music won't start playing, and for pictures, it's when they're more than 768x1024 resolution that they appear very low resolution and/or corrupt. None of the normal tricks work (different user account; different USB port; different USB hub controller) and the problem is replicable. The music and JPEG and PNGs, however, are fine if transferred via a Windows network to a 32 bit machine ie it's not the music/image files.
Dear Katrina, the problem has finally been solved, with the help of a computer-savvy friend of mine who came round this afternoon. As a courtesy, and to thank you for all your help in this matter, I want to share the solution with you.
A piece of the puzzle was missing, as you said, and it lay in the tenth line of the XML document I relayed to you....

My friend spotted that the command string contained a sub-folder of the iTunes folder called "iTunes Media". iTunes was expecting to find all my music there, but that folder didn't exist.
So I created a new folder called "iTunes Media", and moved all my musical content into it, leaving all the command files in the original iTunes folder.
Then I moved the "iTunes Media" folder into the "iTunes" folder, so that it was a sub-folder of the latter.
Then I re-opened iTunes and - joy of joys! - everything works once again. I am re-united with all of my music, and without having to make over 14,000 manual location exercises. I can't tell you how exciting that is.
The mystery is solved, and what had me so puzzled seems obvious now. Thanks again for your help. Without you I might never have got to this point. -

In most cars with built-in BT hands-free systems it is the car's system that does the speech to text conversion and lookup, not the phone's. so there's nothing that can be done in an iPhone forum to help you. Try the customer support site for the car. You can tell it's the car system if the contact list is downloaded to the car and displayed on the car's screen (if it has one). -
The odd thing is the printer works, but the scanner isn't recognized.
I ran the latest Mac software update first, and then reinstalled the HP software. I checked all the settings as suggested from the HP site, but nothing seems to work.
Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?

I was able to use the numbers program before. Now all I see is the blue screen with the new updates. How do I fix this. I have already downloaded the new version of Icloud & open office $ installed.
Are you talking about doing this on your iphone? Or something else?

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray BEFORE doing the reset.

Just in case, on your iMac, open System Preferences > iCloud
Make sure Photo Stream is switched to on.
If it was already on, switch that off. Restart your iMac, restart your iPhone.
See if photos sync between the iMac and iPhone.
