Is the computer yours, and are you the Administrator or a user with administrator rights? Are you allowed to install software on the computer?
Check your "purchased" list. Pages should show there, and if it's not installed it should read "install" next to it.
Have you tried another mac? You can install the purchased software on another Mac by using your AppleID that you purchased the software with on the first mac.

thanksThe easiest way is to install Mountain Lion, and then you can download iMovie 11. If your Mac is supported by Mountain Lion, performance should be fine.
The other way would be to try to find a retail boxed copy of iLife 11 from eBay or Amazon. You can then install iMovie 11 up to version 9.04. But that is it, you cannot get 9.07 without at least installing Lion. -

I have noticed some of the songs i have downloaded have not fully downloaded and cut short before they reach the end of the track. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to download songs again without paying to do so again.
make shor that you have the latest version of itunes then you can go to the itunes store and on the right side by the quick links box there is "Purchased" click on that and then chage it to all in the top right corner and then find the song or songs and click the little cloud button to download them.
PS: You do not have to pay for that -

Is there a problem with the installer media you bought? If you bought Aperture 3 as a boxed retail version, you can download the Trial version again here:
Aperture 3.1 Trial
After you install it, run immediately software update from the -menu. You can unlock the Trial version with the serial number that came with your boxed CD version.
The licence that came with your boxed version entitles you to install it on two macs - one Desktop mac and one portable.

please help me.Are you sure it's asking for the code from the card and not asking for you to confirm credit card billing information? As Anna said, I've never had iTunes ask for the code from a gift card once I'd redeemed it. If you are certain that it's asking for the code again, Go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. (There is no phone support for the iTunes Store).

The only way to get rid of those little leftover balances is to make a request to iTunes Customer Service:

The gift would be sent via email to the address you gave when you set up the gift. Have you checked that email account? If so and nothing has appeared, make sure there aren't any anti-spam filters in place that might be blocking emails from Apple. Then if you still don't see the email, try resending the gift:

Having a credit balance won't prevent you from entering in a new payment method. A balance remaining would be an issue only if you're trying to change the country of your iTunes Store account. If your payment method is being rejected, then either it's invalid - a debit card which are in many countries not accepted, or a credit card from another country - or there's something amiss with your account. In the latter instance, or if the gift still doesn't come through, contact the iTunes Store and request assistance.
