I received telling me that my icloud storage is almost full. I need to upgrade my storage. Can someone help me out with this. I understand that the 20 GB is only .99 per month. Just hoping this would be enough for me. I back up 2 ipads and my iphone on the same computer. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.

You're right - it is never a good idea to click on links sent in an email unless you are absolutely certain they are legitimate, and that is only becoming more difficult as spammers and phishing attempts are getting better every day. Having no association with Verizon is all the more reason to simply delete the thing.
Next, by supplying your email address all you did was confirm to whatever site was sending you this spam that your email address was legitimate. Again, when in doubt just delete the email and forget you ever saw it.

The good news is that is highly unlikely. The bad news is that your email address might be used as the "from" address for spam sent to others, and that you are only more likely to get more spam from the phony Verizon site as well as every other potentially malicious operators.
The best advice would be to simply abandon that email address, but if you can live with the previous potential concerns it would be overkill. I would recommend changing your passwords for financial institutions (banks, credit cards and so forth) as well as your email account or accounts. That is simply good practice whether or not you did what you did.
As far as any malware is concerned, again that is unlikely, but make sure you run Software Update to get all Apple's latest updates. -
I just got the iPhone 5. It's completely synced and working. All my contacts are loaded. However, caller ID is not working when I receive a call or a text. Can anyone help me out with this?
Well, assuming all of the above, Notifications, etc., it just might be time for a visit to the Apple tore genius center for a session with the techs. See if it is a fault in the hardware or just an iOS reinstall is the answer.
One more thing you could try, backup so you have a record of content, then restore to factory conditions be an Erase All Contents and Settings. Then restore from the backup you just made. That has helped some with WiFi problems, may be it would work with your problems.
But with that behavior of another app with problems, the geniuses looks like a less stressful thing to do. -
I have transferred all photos from iPad and iPhone to Mac. I have deleted almost all photos from both (about 200 remaining on each). I do not store tunes or videos. After making these changes, I still have the same message in iCloud.
Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > Select your device (listed as 'This iPhone' or 'This iPad') then look at the next backup size. Compare the 'Next Backup Size' to the 'Backup Size' on taht same screen. If the next backup size is smaller, then you have successfully removed some content from your device.
Now the question still lingers as to why your iCloud is still showing so full right? Well, iCloud keeps the last 3 backups from each device. It doesn't duplicate them, but it uses an incremental backup system. So basically your device's backup will take up as much space on iCloud as the largest backup of the last 3 backups. With that being said, your iPhone and ipad will eventually shrink the size of your backup (if that next backup size is smaller) in about 3 days (3 backups assuming your iOS devices backup once as day when you are sleeping).
Can I expedite this? Well of course you can. If you want, you can Delete the backup from both of the devices via that same screen then go back to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup, turn iCloud Backups back on, then backup now. Keep in mind that if you do this, it will clear out your last 3 backups (and cannot be undone), but it may also take a long while for your iPhone and iPad to complete that inital backup after deleting the old backups.
I hope this helps. (My Recommendation: Basically check what's in paragraph one, then it will works itself out in a few days.) -
How do I delete items stored in the cloud and clear it so I can get it working? It will not store any more photos. I cannot use it. It is almost full. I don't want to buy any more storage at this time. I delegated some photos on my iPad and MacBook and nothing changes.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

How do I print just 1 page out of 14 pages .
I don't see any settings on my iPod and can't find settings on the printer .

My iPhone keep telling me that my iCloud storage is full
Yesterday I got a notification on my iPhone, explaining me that my iCloud storage (basic 5GB) is full. So today I sat down and transfered all my photos to my computer, so nothing was left neither in the Photo Stream nor the Camera Roll. Yet, in the iCloud section in the settings app, it still says that I have no space left in iCloud.
I can't seem to undersatnd what's the problem, perhaps I'm missing something?

Matan.The problem is your last iCloud backup still has all those photos and videos you just transfered.
Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > Select your iPhone backup > Turn off Camera Roll (and anything else you don't care to back up) -
I keep getting warnings that my icloud space is almost full, but I have almost 1GB left
I recently upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 8, then a couple of days later got an iPhone 6 (obviously with iOS 8), 64GB. I've removed the backups from my old phone, so in my iCloud, it's telling me there's a backup for my iPad of around 800MB and my (new) iPhone of around 3.2GB. All this seems right (it's mostly photos). I am now getting periodic pop-up warnings from iCloud (running on Windows 7 64-bit Pro) that say "iCloud storage almost full". It's showing that I have about 975MB free which while not a lot, is sufficient since each backup should continue to be around the same size.
The thing that's annoying is that I seem to be getting this warning pretty frequently. I haven't timed it, but it seems like these warnings are happening every 10 or 15 minutes. Is there some threshold of free space that I need to maintain to prevent these warnings?
Would deleting my backup and creating a new one help?In answer to your first question, unfortunately you don't get allocated more iCloud storage as you buy more devices - it is 5GB free per account.
Regarding the pop-up, I too find it annoying but you won't find a resolution to it on these forums - best thing to do is to submit feedback to Apple and hope they improve it.

It appears that iTools has backed up on the iPad as well, I tried manage storage from settings but all storage settings are not enabled. I downloaded iTools on my PC and pressed the backup on iBooks in applications, it created a folder on my PC that iTunes on the PC cannot read. I stopped what was called backing up to local when I got a message from the iPad saying that storage was almost full.
So how do I 1- repair the iPad storage
2- backup the books in IBooks to my PC (they used to backup easily with iTunes but after the last update of iTunes they just would not)

Restart your PC. after the PC restarts, bring up your Task manager, and go to the "Processes" tab. Click "Image name" to sort the processes alphabetically.
Now try to launch iTunes.
Does an itunes.exe process appear? If so, does it vanish after a second or so, or does it persist in the Processes tab (even though iTunes itself never shows up)? -

even i don't used that's much for video,pictures or any songs also..Connect your phone to your computer and open iTunes. Check what is says about "Other." Chances are you have a corrupt file that is taking up a lot of space. If you see that other is larger than a GB or so, you'll need to restore the phone to get rid of other.
