I received an email to download the latest video player, nothing happened, how do I download it?

I click on the download button and get a message that there will be something showing arrow pointing up...Nothing is up there or ever appears. I have no idea what is happening.
I also have been trying to update my Adobe Flash as it has been it has crashed on numerous occasions, however after I click on the download button, I get the next page which asks me to click on the Save button, and everything stops.
I have no idea if it has downloaded, I do not get an executable file. I have no idea what is happening. I am using Windows 8.1.

Who did you get an email from? That sounds a bit suspicious to me.
Try updating Flash in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: [[Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode]].
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
* Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run
After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (''not'' Reset).
Can you get the installer?

Can your iPad be upgraded to iOS 7? If so, what are you doing that isn't working?

Just to check, in the directory /Library/Internet Plug-Ins do you see the file Flash Player.plugin?

I have an iPad 3, iPad Mini and iPhone 5S and they are all sluggish on capitalisation using shift keys. I hope that Apple will solve the problem because it is driving me crazy.
I find using a Microsoft Surface and Windows 8 phone, which I also have, work as well as all the ios devices before the ios 7 upgrade.
It has something to do with the length of time that you need to hold the shift key down. The shift key needs to be held longer than the letter key for the capitalisation to work. For some reason, this is a major change in the way we have learnt to touch type on computers. I am having to relearn how to type!

If you have a serial number, you simply need to enter it into the proper fields.
Since you don't say what version of Lightroom, and what sections are "blocked off", let me guess that you have Lightroom CC, and you need to enter the serial number to turn it into Lightroom 6. The Book confuses me. I still think assignment delay and leveling resources are the same. Here is the explanation from the book for the three concepts.

Update - I now have it working.
am not really sure what exactly fixed it.
I changed a lot of things but my setup now has the following which I think fixed.
outgoing server - p06-smtp.mail.me.com
override default port checked - port now 587
on more options button changed it to "use incoming server info".

My videos are defaulted to Quicktine and I have downloaded the latest QT player but all my movie clips now cannot be played and I get this error message Error-2002 a bad public movie atom was found in the movie.

I have used quicktime player downloads for movie clips made for equipment inspections. However in 2011 I encountered a problem when trying to view previously made movie clips that are in the quicktime player format but they won't play giving the messgae : Error-202 a bad movie atom was found in the movie,
I have downloaded the latest Quicktime player but the problem still remains. However late in 2011 when this problem was encountered I downloaded the the latest QT player download and then could play the movie clips but now the problem is back.
How do I fix this problem.

The new file will probably work. (vs troubleshooting your Windows PC can take ages, to no avail)
