I received an error message when updating my iPhone that the update failed. My phone is now locked up with the iTunes icon and a picture of the USB cord on the display. It will not reset or turn on, what do I do?
My iPhone will not reset and is no longer recognized in iTunes. Any suggestions?

As fas as I know once that screen comes up you must connect it to your computer and restore with iTunes

While downloading an ITunes upgrade, my IPad froze. All I see is the ITunes logo and pic of a USB cable on my screen. Tried to hold down the wake button while connecting the USB cable to override it but no results. Still frozen with ITunes logo. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Force your iPad into Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times. -

After I purchased the creative cloud, I receive an error message when trying to use premier pro cc 2014. It states "Adobe Premiere Pro 2014.2 has stopped working. A problem has caused it to stop working. Windows will close the program and notify you of a solution." When I used the trial I never received this message. Now after purchasing it I receive this error each time I open PP and am unable to use. it. Any ideas or support to fix this issue?
What does the detailed crash report say?
And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers) -

The message is : Either there is not default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the message request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client.
I have checked everywhere on my system and changed Microsoft Outlook as the default mail program but nothing is helping. This is a new PC, but my last PC was a 32-bit OS and I didn't have this issue. I was suspecting that it is due to the 64-bit OS.
Reading this post though, I am starting to wonder if there isn't something else going on. When I go to Edit>Preferences, I don't have anything related to email under Categories, or even within any of the categories listed. I am I missing a plug in or something? Or is this a component of a previous version of Acrobat?
I tried to attach a screenshot of the error message but getting a new error while trying to attach! File is only 25kb! Will have to live without i guess. -

My Ipad is not responding. It has the small apple in the middle of the screen with the little "thinking" flower symbol surrounding it, and does not respond to restoring. We received an error message when trying to restore from itunes.
