You need to adjust your security stuff/ permissions and possibly use compatibility modes. It means that your licensing service is being blocked/ shut down.

I have downloaded, uninstalled and redowloaded Itunes about 50 times and I continue to get the error that my apple application support was not found and that I should uninstall and reinstall Itunes.
