If you are in a country that allow redownoads, try deleting the songs and redownloading by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

I keep getting different errors when trying to sync my Ipod Classic.

I get the following: Unknown error -50, a duplicate file name has been specified, unknown error 1342, the ipod could not be located, the ipod is corrupt. I have bought a few new cds and wanted to sync them, but it won't let me do anything. I have restored it several times. I have also deleted and reinstalled Itunes twice. Please help. It has been 5 days and I need my music.

I seemed to have figured it out...... I hard reset my Iphone and rebooted my computer and it seemed to work. It also seemed there was a music file that was not being recognized, I just erased it and everything worked fine after that.... very strange but I am so glad I figured it out.....

After logging on to GRC CUP, clicking on u201CCreate requestu201D, and filling out required information,
I click on Select Roles/Groups
On the next screen,
I click on Existing Roles/Groups
ERROR MESSAGE appears X Action failed and no roles appear in the box to select for removal.

Try this
in Applicaiton Area -- Select ALL
Functional Area -
Select ALL
Company -
Select ALL
Role/Profile/Group Names --- Give p00* and execute the report
if you give only p00 it wont give any result

If the file was not originally from iTunes, you'll need to redownload it from it's original source or rerip it from the CD. Files can sometimes go bad and become corrupted. As to how or why that happens, there are a number of ways.
What format are the problematic tracks in? Have you tried converting them to another format in iTunes?

Try my script FindTracks. Select a few of the missing files to start with then run the script. Choose No at the first prompt so that you can check how it works track by track, then confirm or edit the location of the media folder where your files are. Once you are happy with how it behaves let it process larger numbers of tracks automatically.

If you do happen to run into a bad file, try converting it to a different format and resyncing the new version over to your iPod.

Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
