I have received charges on my credit card from ITunes for amounts that I have not made. There are 6 different purches on 3 different days. One day the two amounts were 20.95 and 20.96. The previous day the amounts were both 109.99. The day before that they were 139.99 and 99.99. I have tried to contact ITunes, but no answer. The statement on my credit card says APL*APPLE ITUNES STOR 866-712-7753 CA. I did not make any of these purchases, did not receive an e-mail about what was even bought on these days. Anyone else have this trouble and resolve it? Looks like I will be going to the bank today to cancel my card! Very disappointed in ITunes lack of security.
I have had the same problem with a credit card that I have never used at Apple. The amount was $21.23 and was described "MC Authorization 00112507 APL*APPLEITUNES STORE 2010-04-07 12.31.59" Apple's email help desk couldn't help me because the card isn't one of my stored cards. I was told to contact my bank.
It seems to me that somewhere in AppleLand there is a record of the charge which is still pending. I don't want to go through the hassle of changing cards.

But its not 100% Guaranteed that they will issue a refund as per there Policy Terms.

Just got my new iPad Air and noticed that the screen calibration is off. For example if I select the circle to place something there I have to select outside of the circle to make it happen. I did not have this issue on my previous iPad.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.
If no fix, Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

My ipod won't hold a charge, it dies overnight. I replaced the battery. The only thing that helps is inserting any cable in the ipod and leaving the other end open. It will then hold a charge.
I really don't know what else that you can try now other than to restore your iPad. Restoring the iOS software might fix the issue, but there are a couple of things that you should know.
You will lose everything on your iPad because I am under the assumption that you have never backed up or you don't back up often. Otherwise, you wouldn't be worried about losing what you have on the iPad because you could restore from the backup.
To follow up on that, there is no way to backup now if the iPad is unresponsive. You cannot transfer the contents of the device if you can't power it up.
You can download most of your paid content again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID and as long as the content is still available. However, you will lose all of your app data.

hi i have the same apple id for my iPad and my mac. my iPhone has a different one. My i cloud on my mac seems to be the iCloud on my iPad, if that makes sense so its not sending my photos from my mac to the cloud. how do i change it to upload mac pictures instead? thanks

I am having trouble printing a PDF document. Whenever I click print nothing happens but when I am printing documents from Word, Excel etc they print without a problem. I've tried printing as image but that did not work. I uninstalled Adobe Reader XI and downloaded Adobe Reader X instead and that still doesn't work. I have Windows 7.

I do not know how to get the music that I buy on itunes, on my mac, onto an ipod. I have already authorized my computer and "downloaded" my music, but that did not do anything, or provid the results that I was expecting, at least. In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.

I purchased a program on Mac App store and the program does not act as it should, also was required to pay up front whereas had I went to the web site, ibank 4 I would have had 30 days free trial an would have found that the program does not work.?

From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPad. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

I have an Iphone 4 with OS 5.1.1 and it does not show store or music under my icloud tab in the phone. Also, my music and photos don't show on my icloud?
My contacts show and find my iphone....on the icloud. I just paid $20 thinking more storage would help, but it didn't. How can i cancel that and get a refund?
Where are is my music on the cloud? How do I upload my music to it? If I lose my phone, it looks like there is no where to go to retrieve my music.
And itunes won't let me sync my music to my computer. It is all music that I've purchased on itunes.
