I recently downloaded a movie off the cloud(kick-***), and i am unable to play it. i can even go to the movie chapters, and go through them, its just every time i try to watch it NOTHING happens!!

TS1424 just downloaded a song off the store, except when i try to play it i get a window telling me that my computer isn't authorised to play it, but it IS. now what?

this is driving me a bit mental atm because i just simultaneously downloaded an entire album that appears to be working just fine.
i've tried just putting in my apple ID when it is requested of me, but of course since this laptop is already authorised, nothing changes.
would definitely appreciate some help, because this is silly :[

I would recommend signing out of your Apple ID in Settings -> iTunes and App Stores. After this, close all open apps and restart your device. Once your iPad is powered back up, sign back into your Apple ID in Settings -> iTunes and App Stores.

I just installed LR CC and am having trouble opening catalogs where I followed the instructions to upgrade. Just posted a question about it.
Discovered a problem when I went looking for some images that were not included in the most recent catalog. After opening up a couple of older ones and upgrading, I went back to the most recent and couldn't opening. Message says it is not writable. And also says it may be due to incorrect permissions. If you have any suggestions for this, I would love to hear them.

Download error when renting a movie off the iTunes store app

Hi, I tried to rent a movie off the iTunes store app today(I have rented before with no problems), but when it was in the processing stage it started saying Download error. Tap to retry. Now its taken up 1.3 gigs of space but it never finish processing so its not there. Very frustrating and i cant fix it.

Apple Tech support doesn't respond here. This is a user-to-user forum.
You can always restore your Touch to get the memory back. And as, of course, you have everything properly backed up (you do, right?), you can just reload when you're done. I don't know as there is a faster solution.

ITunes won't let me download music off the cloud

My hard drive corrupted earlier this year but thanks to iTunes match I can download all my music back off the cloud onto my laptop. I've been downloading as much as my bandwidth allocates me each month, so when it came to the start of this month, I began downloading the rest of my music from the cloud.
Ever since iTunes has updated, every time it tries to download a track it says it failed and to make sure I'm connected to the server and to try again. I've tried this on a few different networks with the same result.
My iTunes match membership runs out in the next couple of weeks so I'm keen to get this sorted as soon as possible.

How can I store movies in the cloud and access them on my devices without having to download them to them?

I would like to store movies in the cloud and access them from my device without having to download them to the device because there is not enough space on the harddrive to store them on it. How would I do this? Would I have to download the movies to my PC or could I store them directly in the cloud?

That WON'T convert it.
If I do the same with an MP3 and change the extension to JPG, it DOESN'T make it a picture. It makes it unusable.
Change it back to AVI and download "Handbrake". http://handbrake.fr/
Use HandBrake to "convert" it to M4V.
