I recently downloaded PS CC 2014 and want to sync my settings including plugins... How do I handle the plugins...reinstall?

Is there an easy way to sync plugins without reinstalling? I was hoping that PS2014 would just be an upgrade, but it downloaded a whole new program to my drive.

You first need to find out if your plugins will work with the new version, or if you need new plugins

If you bought/paid for them in the Mac App Store, you would just need to sign in to the MAS with the Apple ID you used to purchase them, go to purchases, and click install.
As for the limited licensing that Bordy brought up, the TOS for the MAS states:
"Apps from the Mac App Store may be used on any Macs that you own or control for your personal use."
If you installed them from an iWork disc, just pop the disc back in and reinstall.

sorry for the confusion, that response was meant to defend your solution to iamcem (i should have quoted their response when i posted mine). they were saying that changing the region was a bad idea, and that the change should be made in the default weather app. i was explaining to them that although their's was a simple solution, it only worked on the iphone. i was trying to explain why their solution wouldn't work on the ipad, and so why your solution was the best available.

i figured out a solution if anyone is having the same problem
go to preferences in mail
pick the mail account that is not sending
if your outgoing mail server states it offline as mine did
click the dropdown and than click edit smtp
a window will come up that says account information and advanced
click advanced
renter your password and ok
restart your computer - when it restarts it will send emails

Nonesense, why would a service that offers redeemable cards as cash would require a credit card verification. Who is answering this question? I am sick of Apple! If you have lion and iPhoto '11 (latest version is 9.2.1) you can set up and turn on iCloud there and if you have IOS 5 on your mobile then your mobile devices will sync with your Mac
