I recently got i cloud but now i can't see or access any of my music! where has it gone and how do i get it back?
How do I acess the music in my itunes library? Since installing icloud I can't see any of my music or access it and it's really stressing me out! Help!
Sounds that you previously had the about:newtab page when you opened Firefox and this now has changed to a Facebook page.
You can check the startup setting:
*Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts"
*"Show my home page"
You will have to set the home page to about:newtab to gt the page with recently visited websites.

If you backup your iPad, then the documents should be in your backup. If you have important documents in any app, you should backup very frequently in the event that something happens so that you can restore them from the backup.
If you use iOS file sharing with iTunes, then the documents might be in your iTunes library.
If you use iCloud with Pages, check in iCloud,com and see if they appear in there. I don't think it is likely that they will be there, if they disappeared from the iPad, but it is worth a try anyway.
In the event that this is some software glitch, try closing the Pages app, reboot the iPad and then launch Pages again.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the Pages icon. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If you don't backup, don't use iOS file sharing or don't use iCloud, then most likely your files are gone and you will not be able to retrieve them. -

You are not offering any system info or details on what product/ suite you are actualyl referring to by "CS6" nor do we know what update or install procedures on your system you may have done recently. There was an Acro update last week, perhaps it bombed and destroyed your Acro install...

Double click on the picture of the HD on your desktop, then look at the bottom of the window that opens.
First check the S.M.A.R.T. status on your HD: Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > in the panel at left, select the first item in the list/your HD mechanism > look atthe bottom of the main window next to S.M.A.R.T. status and see if it says “Verified” or something more ominous like “Failing.”
If S.M.A.R.T.status is "Verified," run Repair Disk: Boot from install disc (insert disc > restart > immediately hold down c key and keep holding it until you see “Preparing Installation”) > at first screen select the language and click Continue > click on the Utilities Menu in the menu bar > open Disk Utility > select your HD in the panel on the left side > click Repair Disk at bottom of main window. Run this at least twice, and keep running it until it says “appears ok” twice in a row. If that doesn’t happen, you may need a stronger utility such as DiskWarrior or if the directory is damaged beyond repair, you may need to reinstall the OS, or you may have a damaged HD (repair utilities can only repair the directory structure, not the HD itself). When this is finished, quit Disk Utility, quit the installer, and restart. Once booted normally, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run Repair Permissions. -
I pulled my launchpad icon formt he dock bar to the main screen and a little pop sound and a little puff of smoke appeared on the screedn and it dissappeared. I want to bring back the launchpad to the dock bar. Where did it go and how do I get it back on my screen?
1. It's gone. Shortcuts like it disappear without confirmation when dragged out.
2. Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu and drag it back.

If you rented and downloaded it on your iPad then it should be in the Videos app - if it doesn't show in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

It sounds like you may have either set the iPhone up as a new iPhone or restored from a backup that didn’t have your messages on it. If you do have either an iCloud or iTunes backup that you believe has your messages saved, you can restore from that backup to recover your information. Hi! I brought an iPhone 4 off my friend at work. The day I brought it, it was working fine but now I can't seem to send any messages or make phone calls. The network is showing up fine but each time I try to make a call it says "call failed" I can't seem to send any messages either? I can use the Internet fine and everything else on the phone. You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

In the simplest sense, archiving a file means making a copy that you never change and never discard. You already know how to do that.
iPhoto has built-in archival features, in the sense that it saves all versions of an image that you've modified. As long as you have adequate backups, you don't necessarily have any reason to archive an iPhoto library. If you want to delete images from the working library but still have access to them in case you change your mind, then you do need to archive those images. I don't have a specific suggestion as to how you should do that. You might post a question in the iPhoto forum. -

Ipad2 gives me ""accessory is not supported" message w/ VGA adapter that I used lots of times before. Now it's not working. Why? and how do I get it back to normal functioning?
I used the (Apple branded) VGA adapter lots of times last year. Now I got back to one place I used it many times and it does not work. When I restart iPad with the adapter connected, I get the "accessory is not supported"message. But that same accessory WAS supported before.
This is very annoying as I planned a whole bunch of presentations starting this week to do with my iPad2 and that adapter.I received the same error message, "Accessory Not Supported" from both the VGA and DV video adapters I purchased, both were boxed direct from Apple. However, to bypass this problem I simply clicked on Photos icon on iPad2 and flipped through photos until it displayed on my projector. I then exited the Photos app and my home screen displayed fine on the projection screen.
Some logic issue with the video adapters, but launching Apple Photo app initializes the video adapters then they work fine for mirroring after that.
