I recently moved into a new apartment and I can connect with the internet by direct connection to the cable/internet modem. But when I connect my Airport Express, it just blinks with a yellow light and I cannot connect via WiFi. Any suggestions?

My internet continually disconnects. When I added my airport express, I had to call Verizon (my provider) and have them "bridge" my modem. Ever since, my connection constantly disconnects and puts up the message "Could not find a PPPoE server".
Any ideas? I probably have something wrong in my computer settings.You should restore your modem to router condition and set the Airport Express to 'Bridge Mode'. A full explanation and the method of doing this is here:

my 2g iphone is stuck in recovery mode after trying to restore it with the latest itune version. It does have a sim card but is not connect it ,I was only using it with wi-fi. Now i-tune will not connect it only show i-phone. I did manage to restore it again ,but then it will go back to restore mode.
What shall i do now?

Can't connect to apple via wifi - any suggestions?
I can't connect to App Store or even apple.com either on iPad Air or iPhone 5S (both iOS 7) using wifi. I can get onto any other website so I know my connection is fine. I can get on using iPhone cellular connection. Tried restarting, changing time zones, turning on cookies...all suggestions from the community posts but no dice. Help?!
Try resetting all settings.
General > Settings > Reset > Reset All Settings. This will reset wifi/wallpapers/ringtones/etc. alarms yada yada. But it won't delete any data such as texts/pics/game stats. -

One of my PlayBooks recently went 'possum on me, too. Very frustrated, tried all the known tricks and tips to charge and revive it. Over a year old. I called the support line knowing it was out of date and they would deny me.
Nope, the lady very pleasantly accepted my request, I spoke with customer support and they bugged me via email daily until we got it resolved -- to MY satisfaction. My first interaction with PlayBook support, and it could not have gone more nicely nor further beyond my expectation.
I don't know what you experienced with PlayBook support, you didn't say why you're so mad with them. This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the EULA and message upon registration.
Sooo... good luck, and just for the record... the LED activity you described IS very fixable. Sorry you don't have the choice to explore those remedies any longer.

My airport express has a blinking yellow light and is not working. I have tried resetting it a few times, to no avail.
My airport utility on my desktop detects it and will attempt to connect. However, after a few moments it says "An unexpected error occurred Try again."
I'm running Mavericks on a 24-inch 2007 mac, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, OS X 10.9.3 (13D65). The Airport Express is model A1264. I connect to it via an Airport Extreme with 7.6.4.

I updated my ipod touch 5th gen to iOS 8.2 and left it but when I got back it was in recovery mode with a red iTunes logo and I plugged it into my computer to reset my ipod and it wouldn't do it what do I do?
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I have an iphone 4, with ios 4.3.3. I want to update it but when I connect it to itunes it says that it is the latest version of the software. So I cannot update it, and I need it very bad. Can anyone help me?
What version of iTunes do you have installed? If you are trying to update to iOS 6 you need iTunes 10.7 or later.

I recently had to set my laptop back to factory settings, thus had to reinstall Itunes. I connected my Ipod to the lap top my songs went back to my Itunes but when I add new songs and try to sync my Ipod, the new songs won't appear on my Ipod. Is there someone out there that can help me out? I would appreciate it!

AirPort Express wireless connection, when I surf the news sites so I linked to **** pages. And must close the window. If I use my iPhone with Internet sharing the same computer, then I have no problem.
I believe that it is in AirPort Express, and would have to clean it. How do you do that?You need to use the Express in router mode.. I think you are trying to use it in bridge mode.. but you need to give us a lot more details.. screenshots might help more than anything.

My friend and I are moving into a new flat and are attempting to get our utilities set up before we move in. How do I go about finding out if we have a Bt landline when I cannot get access to the property and do not have a known phone number for the premesis.
If there is no way to do that could you please tell me the conventional method of finding out so I can tell my letting agency as they do not seem to know ( appauling isn't it).

Have CS 5 Installed on my iMac and works ok. But installed on my new MacBook Pro it won't open NEF files from my Nikon D810. Displays NEF icons, but when I try and open them the response is: Make sure latest RAW updates are installed. If problem persists follow link: http://www.adobe.com/go/kb407111. Have installed Bridge 5.0.2.4; Raw Ref Version 7.0.0.308; DNG converter_8_7_1.dmg; Bridge 5.0.2 Update 2. Also same problem with Lightroom which I don't normally use. Lightroom_3_LS11_mac_3_6.dmg installed.
In the link you posted it states that the Nikon 810 requires ACR 8.6 or newer.
Version of ACR are specific to versions of Photoshop. You cannot use 8.6 nor even 7.0.in CS5.
I believe that ACR 6.7 is the latest that will work with CS5, so make sure you have this installed and get rid of ACR 7.
Having 2 versions of ACR will cause problems.
You have already downloaded DNG Converter 8.7.1.
Have you double clicked the DMG file to allow you to install DNG Converter on your computer?
Be aware that DNG converter is a stand-along application and not a plug-in.
You need to open DNG converter at select the FOLDER that contain your .NEF files.
Don't open the folder and try to select individual files, it doesn't work that way.
After converting your D810 files to DNGs you can then open the DNGs in CS5
The problem is your camera didn't exist when CS5 & its version of ACR was developed.
i don't use Lightroom, but the list mentions Lightroom 5.6 as needed to open D819 so your 3.6 version of LR won't cut it. -
I just got an iphone 4 and when I go to sync it, it appears in the left hand column but when I click on it there is just a blank screen with the apply logo and a tiny lock.
OK, I think I fixed it.
After trying to restore with an old backup from the phone (it estimated it would take 4 hours) I cancelled and went through the setup menus again, but set it up as a new phone. It then appeared in iTunes and I restored it from the computer, not the phone. It appears to be working, it's syncing my old apps right now.
Summary:
1. Reset settings on phone (hopefully you backed up fairly recently)
2. Set up as NEW iPhone in setup menu on phone
3. Restore from iTunes on computer when it recognizes the phone
4. Cross fingers
