I recently purchased a movie on i tunes which is not showing in my purchased file. I downloaded it on my ipad but cannot see the file on I tunes. Ipad lost so trying to retrieve a movie file. Any ideas please?

The movie will only be where you put it.

When I put the stick into the USB port, an AutoPlay box comes up which says Play using .Windows Media Player..............Import music, pictures, video using Real Player. Open folder to view files using Windows explorer etc.....& set Auto Play Defaults in control Panel. By library page, I mean the page on itunes where the music would be transported to & listed by each name so I can listen to it.

Importing Closed Caption .scc file into Premiere Pro CS6. Closed Captioning is enabled but cannot see the Captions tab. Also get error message when importing to bin.

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. My aim is to export an mpeg file with closed captioning embeded for network television. I have watched numbers adobe videos and have spent countless hours researching this. I am able to generate about 29 different types of Closed Caption files using MovieCaptioner- including .scc (which Adobe says they prefer). When I try to "Import" the file I get an incompatible error message. The same happens with all other cc file types when I try to import them. Second, I tried attaching the .scc as an attachment in the sequence menu. They show up in the preview window, but do no encode into the mpeg file. Sorry, you cannot do this in Premiere Pro CS6. Only QuickTime files can be exported with embedded closed captioning and this must be done in Premiere Pro CC or later. All other formats must use a sidecar file.

You can only attach a closed caption file in Premiere Pro CS6, no encoding is available for closed caption files (embedded or sidecar).

Caption is a tab is in the Export Settings dialog box if you want to export with closed captions. This tab is available in Premiere Pro CC and later.

In Creative Cloud, you would still have trouble encoding a MPEG 2 file with embedded captions as it is a QuickTime only feature. There might be a plug-in available, but I'm not aware of it.

Please explain your problem better. There a no photos in iTunes.
You can sync photos from your computer to your iPod via iTunes. You select in the Photos pane for the iPod in iTunes what folder of photos to sync to the iPod.

WVC54GC works fine but cannot see the movie attached to the email

I have VISTA and WMP (windows media player) 11.0
My WVC54GC works fine, I can see the real-time video in IE, etc. BUT when I try to read the video attached in an alert email, I just see nothing in Windows Media Player. I think the video is playing for few secs but I see nothing in WMP.
Any clue?
note: I could also forward you one of these alert email (you could check whether you can play the attachment).

I found the answer in the forum, by changing the file extension from .asf into .asx, it works.
Why is the video sent with a .asf?
Anyway, apart from this very small issue, I did not face any problem with this product!

That is normal. Not all apps are enabled for airplay, this is up to the developer to do.

Im trying to export a video to AVI but cannot see the option, Im on a mac. Is this option a windows only option?

The company I work for use AVI videos for Nuendo and I have recently installed my Adobe CC to test efficiency in creating video files for our clients. making QT is a piece of cake but cannot seem to find an option to create AVI anywhere. Would this option be available if I were to install Adobe CC on a Windows machine or is there no longer any support for AVI?

Hi, when I open Itunes while my Ipod is attached to the pc, Itunes recognises my Ipod but cannot open it! The only recommendation I get is to totally reset the Ipod to the configuration of the factory but then I will lose all of my files! Can someone advise me what to do? ps I tried copypod, but unfortunately it does not work. I have two files on my ipod that are damaged but I am not able to remove them! I think these two files are the problem.

When I want to do something like you're describing, I open itunes, then select Edit-Preferences.
I leave that window open and then connect the ipod. I can then use it as a disk in windows explorer.

I haven't read the manual so I 'm not sure what "correct view" is referring to. When I add a contact there's a plus sign at the bottom left hand page.

On iOS 6, I want to use iMessage. But, it says the person I'm sending to isn't registered even though they are. Any ideas?

Does that person have an iPod, iPad or iPhone with the Messages app and are you trying to Message that persons with the email addres (or phone number for an iPhone) they aves set up to use for Messages?

1. From any Home screen page of iPad, drag your finger down anywhere on the center of Home screen.

I have an Apple iPad Mini With Wi-Fi 16GB and a Rock Bluetooth keyboard that was previously used by my daughter. Her information was erased from the ipad and I have set it up as a new user under my account. All went well until I tried to set up the keyboard. When I go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth the ipad does not detect any device. I know they were paired and working when she was using them. Could it be because the ipad/keyboard were operating with her account and know won't connect to mine? We do not live in the same city so how would I clear the keyboard so that I could connect it to a 'new' ipad?
