This is a one sided Conversation. There is no feed back on Questions from ADOBE. I'm anew subcriber and ready to cancel Adobe and close my account.

    Yesterday I purchased & had my Adobe ExportPDF Annual account set up & working.  However I cannot convert a pdf file to a word file.  My pdf files are 774KB & 810 KB and my browser is Microsoft Outlook.  I keep getting the same error message " An error occurred while trying to access service".  All other internet activities & email are working.  WHAT NOW?

    I can see Adobe really pays attention to this forum.

  • Firefox crashes when I try to use DataLoad, and I was able to use this program a month ago.

    In the recent past I have been able to use a program called DATALOAD (shareware) to load data into Firefox web forms (specifically web based sales tax returns).
    However, now every time I try it now Firefox crashes, so I am forced to use IE (which I hate). The last time I used Dataload was in April 2011 (for my quarterly tax returns).
    On of the latest updates to Firefox must have a conflict with this program.
    Can you please research to see what changed in Firefox to make it crash when using Dataload? I do not want to use IE if I do not have to.

    I just bought Adobe ExportPDF Annual and it is not what I thought it was.  I do not want it and want to cancel the order.  I cannot find anwhere to contact anybody.  Getting so frustrated!  It says I can cancel it on my Welcome Email, but it wants a serial number, which I cannot find anywhere. I bought it as a download, so not sure where to get the serial number at.

  • Adobe ExportPDF Annual $19.99 package  suddenly dose not work after 3 months use

    I do need help from Adobe expert. My Adobe ExportPDF Annual $19.99 package purchased 4 months agao and it convert pdf into microsoft word or excel off line. Very easy and convinient to use. However, recently it just requires each file be uploaded online to get job done. The worst part is that it always takes very very long to to convert but still failed in the end. It drives me crazy, since I have a lot of doc to deal every day.  Besides, my Adobe cannot convert word or excel file to pdf anymore because all uploaded file must be in pdf form.
    Why it changes into just a complelete different product and how can I get it back?

    I've checked your account  (using the email address that you've used here in the forums), and all I see is an ExportPDF subscription that was canceled in June of last year. I don't see any subscriptions started in January. Did you purchase the subscription via Adobe Reader for mobile? If so, those subscriptions are handled by the various App Stores (Apple's App Store, Google Play), and Adobe doesn't have record of them.
