I recently purchased an album on itunes and when i play it on my pc, it keeps asking to to authorize. whats going on?

i recently purchased and album, but one of the songs isnt playing. when i play it on my pc, it keeps asking to to authorize the computer but the other songs play just fine. whats going on?

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Unsync all music and resync
    - Reset all settings      
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

    It keeps saying there was an error when I try and download and to check my network connection. The itunes store works fine and so does my internet, I have restarted my computer and itunes it still won't work.     Does this only happen with the tracks you have downloaded from the iTunes Store?  Perhaps you should work the suggestions in this Apple support document first.
