I recently purchased an iphone 4S. I cannot sync it to my computer. I updated the ram to 1 GB and the os to snow leopard 10.6. I have tried everything and still cannot sync my phone to my computer
I updated my os to snow leopard v10.6 to be able to sync my new iphone 4 S. I also updated my ram to 1 GB to support the new software. I still cannot sync my iphone 4 S. I have tried everything to no avail. Any suggestions?

Message was edited by: anganaYou don't see it on the left-hand side of iTunes - you need to connect and select the iPad on the left-hand side, and then one of the tabs on the right-hand side that you use to select which content to sync to the iPad should be Photos : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
You will need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent sync remains on the iPad, not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from it. -
I have an iPad and iPhone. Both devices have been set with the same outgoing mail server. All of a sudden the ipad stopped sending emails but the iPhone still sends emails. I have tried everything but the iPad will not send.

You delete your Mailaccount on your iPad and then add the same new...

Since I upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 purshased songs with I tunes will not play the whole song on my computer Itunes library or when transferred to my Ipod. I have tried everything and still no luck. Any help?

I cannot turn on my wifi and have tried everything its still greyed out
I reset network settings, reset all settings and made sure my phone software was up to date however it is still greyed out and i cannot switch it back on. is there anything else i can do? or do i need to take it back to the shop
Is this true for all WiFi areas or only at home? If all WiFi then it needs to go to the Apple store genius bar for testing by the techs.

I have tried everything but still cannot open FB i just get blank page
no matter what i do i can open FB i get just a blank page with the fb headings can see the normal page with the newsfeeds etc
I restarted in safe mode. I opened the firefox and it did not show not responding. However I was unable to connect to the internet in safe mode, so I don't know if it is a system driver yet or not. How do I start in safe mode and be able to connect to my wireless router? If it does turn out to be a system driver or something, how do I figure out which one it is? Thanks so much for helping me!!!

I have just bought a MacBook but can't seem to sync my Contacts or Calendar to the Address Book or iCal via iTunes, I have tried everything including watching support videos and putting this into a search engine. Even icloud doesn't seem to be doing it.
If you are trying to sync via iCloud, make sure your MacBook is running OSX Lion 10.7.7, and that you have set up your iPhone as described here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ and you MacBook as described here: http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/mac.htm (including turning On Contacts and Calendars as shown in step 3). If you're syncing via iCloud don't check to sync in iTunes too (on the Info tab in iTunes) or you may end up with duplicate data.

I cannot sync an album bought on iTunes on my phone to my mac. I have tried everything and it will still not transfer over. The album is clearly there in my music on my phone. Feeling frustrated.Please help!

Have you tried the transferring purchases in the File drop down menu? Also you can download your purchase by checking the second article to see your purchases within your library or by going to the iTunes Store and click the Purchases link.

i recently purchased an iphone 3gs second hand .wanted to use i tunes and whatsapp but kept saying need to udate to lastes firware or what ever so went on itunes to update. update started but keeps failing now phone wont work at all .all we get is either apple logo or pic of usb and itunes logo.andy help would be gratefully recived only had phone a day.has sony experia and wanted to change to apple and fist time its now useless.

Requirements for WhatsApp are iOS 4.3 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

So that app cannot run on the iPhone 3GS.
I stand corrected but apparently you may not be able to update the device regardless.

I recently purchased an Iphone 6plus and I am receiving pdf attachments that are shown as winmail.dat attachments on the iphone. When I check the same e-mail on my macbook pro the attachment is a pdf and I can open it. Why is this happening?
I had this problem too after i upgdatd to OS X Mavericks... only the songs on my iphone 5s that i purchased from itunes would play.
i read something about it being a syncing issue. when you plug your phone into your computer with the usb cable, the person said to switch from automatic syncing of itunes to the "manual" option. mine was already set to manual so i wasn't sure anything would work. BUT, when i plugged my phone into my computer, it started to sync all of my music on my phone again (top of itunes bar where song playing/time is listed said "now syncing 123/534 songs to x's iphone"). once that was completed, i checked the music app on my iphone and everything was back to normal!
so, i would suggest setting your music syncing settings to manual if you haven't tried that yet!

No, it does not. It transfers purchases from the iDevice to the computer. The computer must be authorized for the Apple ID that the content was acquired with.

I don't have the iPhone button, as illustrated in the first picture. I've tried the tips that are mentioned in the first few steps and still nothing. My phone won't sync at all! I'm not completely computer illiterate; but, I am not well versed either. Could someone please tell me what I need to do to bring this back so I can sync my phone and laptop (windows op system).
The screen-shot is on a Mac computer. It is very similar in Windows iTunes. Have a look at this set of instructions instead.

Hi apple, I have recently purchased an iphone 5s of december of this year. So far i have had no problems and things were going fairly smooth. But up until recently, i was using my phone and all of a sudden the screen went blue and shut off. I was able to get it to the home screen an i though it was a 1 time thing. But it has been happening a lot recently and it has gotten to the point where it keeps trying to shut itself off then the screen goes blue. I dont know what to do and i was wondering if there is some kind of a refund for this or some way to fix it.
