I recently rented a movie to watch on my iPhone. But when I went to watch it it said it couldn't load so I deleted it as it wouldn't work. But iTunes have still charged me for the rental! How can I go about making a complaint about this?

Please help! Super mad :(

If you had not turned on Find My iPad before it was lost, there isn't a way to locate it. There are some suggestions in the "If Find My iPhone isn't enabled" section near the bottom regarding changing passwords and other steps.

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it

Did you give the file a name? In what location did Word last save a file - because that is where it is likely to be.
